The location is lovely and some of the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
CAUTION: if you decide to upgrade, the front desk at Mar Y Oro will NOT honor the Booking.com price on the original booking. Instead, they will base it off of the rack rate and charge the premium. The front desk then told me they didn’t know what the Booking.com rate was, which simply isn’t true. Additionally, the rooms are dated, especially for the price.
