La proximidad al centro, la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal, la habitación que era enorme, el precio en Agosto 67,5€ la noche.
Necesita un mantenimiento, las puertas del armario para mantenerlas cerradas había que poner una silla delante, el suelo estaba rajado y inclinado, el baño no tenía sujeción para la alcachofa de la ducha y el radiador estaba oxidado. Pequeñas reparaciones que con ello se vería mucho mejor la habitación.

Mucho ruido el sabado por la noche, hay una discoteca enfrente. La habitacion necesita mantenimiento

La localización y el precio y amplitud de la habitación.
El colchón nos resultó muy incómodo, yo creo que toca renovarlos urgentemente. Del lavabo salía mucho olor a humedad, resultaba un poco desagradable.
