Some of the best customer service in the world

The staff here are incredible. We were overwhelmed at the highest level of service we received. They had a genuine desire to take care of us and make our stay the best it could be. They went out of their way to accommodate the needs of our group. They also took great care to make a special setting for the birthday dinner of a group member. We thank all the staff who took care of us, but in particular we would like to thank Mr Netto Chathuri Sanath Madura Sadeepa Sanjit in the gym We are sorry if there are any names we have forgotten.

Overall a satisfactory option for a brief stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Excellent location, adjoining the Grand Hotel and very close to Nuwara Eliya town. Friendly and accommodating staff. Lodging is available for drivers and free parking for vehicles. The breakfast buffet (included in cost) is exceptional.

A la carte service in other restaurants at the hotel is spotty. Probably a function of low occupancy. You need to inform them in advance of your intention to eat there.

nice staff, clean room - no bugs, shower with hot water.

hotel is very old. beds and billows are not comfortable at all. breakfast selections was not much - not tasty.

I will not recommend this property to any for the price. The one good thing is staff

The only think I liked was the location of the property and staff behaviour.

The bathroom was poor The food was extremely poor quality The beds were poor. The rooms were quiet sad The really need to look at changing the Chefs I order to keep up the standards. We had dinner and breakfast, both where extremely poor and some of the food was not cooked properly.

the hotel is at a good place with amazing food and pool. Renuka and Keluno were really helpful in the hotel and made our stay very peaceful. The Spa is also good

Wonderful stay. Great hospitality by all staff, specially Paul who assisted us through out.

Location and front office staff was absolutely great and welcoming. But the staff at buffet area were not attentive. There was one old waiter who was very rude.

Breakfast buffet had same dishes as the previous night dinner buffet, it was a real disappointment.

Amazing araliya green hills

Accommodation, Cleanliness, food, staff in restaurant, complimentary food and accommodation for my driver, decor and ambience.

Gym machines not working and some malfunctioning - dangerously so. I brought this to attention of the General Manager.

Breakfast was very good with the service provided by Renuka .Special mention to Thilini who was a very pleasant and happy to be doing the task in hand in a very professional manner. Thanks also to Wije from the housekeeping staff who found my wallet which I had left in the safe and got the reception to call us back as we had left The hotel.

The water in the pool could be hotter ,it wasn’t very pleasant. No proper bacon for breakfast.

it was ultra dissipating vacation for my family.

we just liked the room and the wifi facility.

Basically, we didn't like the food and arrangements. the meals were awful. there were many complains from other peoples as well regarding the meals what they offer, they couldn't cater for the entire guests as once. staff couldn't manager to refill the dishes. it was very poor management.

Great Hotel with very kind and helpful staff

Great hotel with incredible facilities and very well located. We were very well received and treated very well at all times by everyone. Even when we left, Mr. Kalum showed great support by helping us find a medical center to do some PCR tests (not available in Nuwara Elyia btw) that we really needed for our return to Europe. He didn't rest until we did those tests, even after we left the hotel. Very kind and helpful staff, not only during the stay but also afterwards.
