Our stay at Ripon Grand Hill was flawless from start to finish.
First and foremost, a massive thank you to the entire team and the manager, who continually checked in on us to ensure our total comfort. A special note of gratitude goes to Chef Bandara, who took incredible care of our food and beverages. The meals were amazing, featuring a delicious variety of local and international dishes. Best of all, every dish was served piping hot, exactly what you crave in the chilly Nuwara Eliya weather!
We also want to give a special shoutout to the restaurant service team. They were truly outstanding, polite, and so attentive. They easily exceeded all our expectations.
The location is fantastic as well. Right in the heart of town and just 5 minutes away from Gregory Lake. Our room was wonderfully spacious, neat, and spotless.
We loved every single bit of our stay at Ripon Grand Hill.
Truly, we loved everything about this stay, and there wasn't a single negative point to mention. A big thank you to all the staff, including everyone whose names I didn't get.

The hotel is in such a beautiful location with amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful, especially with carrying our suitcases. The breakfast was amazing, and the whole vibe of the hotel felt immaculate.
At times, the aesthetic felt a little outdated, and the TV didn’t work. However, this was such a minor thing and did not affect our stay at all. We had no real issues regardless.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and a heater was supplied as it was quite cool. The meal were excellent and very large. The location is very close to the centre of town.
