Great apartment - loads of space, great value if you dont mind a bit of travel to places of interest

We were impressed with the size of the apartment, all the rooms are plenty big enough, and has all the amenities you need for your stay. The kitchen is big, with washing machine, dryer etc. The location was a bit out of the way, but thats our fault for not doing our research properly! But we did a lot of walking, which helped us see a lot of the city. There is a fabulous cafe 2 mins walk away which does great breakfasts.

The only thing that wasnt good is that one of the shower hoses didnt work properly, it stopped working as soon as you put it on the holder, it only worked if you held it in your hands down at a low angle.

Great apartment for a group of friends

The apartment was clean and tidy, in a very good walkable distance from Lisbon city centre. It was very spacious, and it was a nice touch to get the local pastries as a welcome gift.

The sofas in the living room were not very comfortable, you could feel the boxed edges, and the double bed was extremely creaky. There were thousands of ants in the living room on the dining table carpet. The walls are not very soundproof as the neighbours were having a party until 2am and it was very loud, but that is just the risk you take with apartments. The bedside lamps were a bit shabby and one did not work, so we swapped it over from another bedroom which had two.

Very good

The location of the apartment is amazing - next to a beautiful park, metro station and bus stations. It is also near to the train station for the train to Sintra. There are very nice restaurants 5 min from the apartment. The staff was very nice and accomodating and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was huge, with fully equipped kitchen and multiple bathrooms.

The shower faucets did not have a middle ground - either very hot or cold water. It was very hard to get middle temperature to get a shower.

Very nice, clean, all you want in this apartment. Amazing balconies with great views for Aprt 5DIR. Washing machine and dryer worked very well and saved our trip. The rooms were spacious and the toilets as well. The kitchen was equipped very well but we only used the washing machine and they had even detergent for free. Nespresso machine available. Pets are not allowed (I have allergies).

The master bedroom bed is small not king. No free Nespresso capsules (at least 2) although available for fees on demand.

Super large, 3-bedroom/2 bath apartment with a well appointed kitchen. Super great and reasonable $

The apartment was clean, very spacious, and in a prime location. Parking was reasonable priced and directly at the location. VERY easy in and out. Everyone was hospitable. Accommodations were more than we expected. BEST of all we were able to check-in early which was more than lovely after a long transatlantic flight and a wee bit of jet lag.

Cruz does require a deposit for keys, 10 euros cash. There is a convenient ATM right down the street, but it would have been helpful to know in the listing. Certainly not a big deal, but just a small suggestion.

Great apartment and location!

Everything; good rooms; bathrooms; 4 toilets for a family of 10; clean; spacious and good location. Very helpful staff .

Only the stairs ! The lift was v slow however helpful for a few of us with bad knees!!

Very morderm and close to all.

the apartment was spacious and modern and would definitely stay there in the future. Everything required for the stay was available. it also had an elevator. Having a staff at Hostel downstairs was beneficial.

Great stay among the rooftops of Lisboa

There were two comfortable roof terraces overlooking Lisboa (very cool!). Lots of space for a city apartment. Generally nice atmosphere in the apartment. Clean rooms. There was a mobile wifi router. We were welcomed with cake, coffee and tea. Shampoo/shower gel, washing detergent and dish washer detergent were provided. Nice staff.

One bedroom and the kitchen only had roof windows. The aggressive Lisboa traffic was oftentimes noticable through series of constant tooting.
