Everything was great! We were a large group of friends (13 ppl!), coming to Lisbon for three days. The apartment was perfect! Comfortable for all, clean, plenty of space, and toilets for everybody :)
Nothing. We even had a last-minute addition to our group that I forgot to mention before arrival, and we settled it on the spot with the guys at the reception. No problems at all. Big thanks again to them for that!

Spacious apartments not far from the city centre (20 mins walk into the main centre), close to metro and lots of bus routes). Generally well-equipped and provide lots of basics - shampoo, soap, basic cooking ingredients, welcome Pastel de Nata, some dishwasher and laundry tablets etc. AC in all bedrooms and lounge - not always the case in Lisbon city apartments. Also safes in rooms. Welcoming and helpful staff at Lisboa Central Hostel who manage the check-in and property, and allowed us to store baggage after check-out. Allowed to collect up to 6 key fobs (with a deposit for each). Quiet area and comfortable beds.
Strict T&Cs eg 15 euro charge for make up stains on towels (we weren't charged). At one point a stranger opened our front door, looked inside and then left without explaining they entered by mistake - causing us to worry about security until we spoke to staff later who apologised and confirmed it was them. Staff should be better trained for such instances.

Great location and size to accommodate our family of 13 people. Apartment was very clean and well stocked with coffee, washer/dryer and dishwasher pods. The welcoming pastels de nata were a nice touch! We really appreciated Tiaga’s hospitality throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome and fixed minor repairs that we needed during the stay. Our stay was excellent and a great base for us to explore Lisbon and the surrounding area.
Beds could use new mattresses.
