It was a nice stay and I hope I can come back for a longer stay. Thank you.

The place is convenience. I have almost everything I need within 5 minutes walking. Convenience store, cafe, restaurant… The view is also nice and the place is quite too.

Good

They were very flexible and allowed us to check in early at no cost. There is a very nice rooftop terrace and spacious common areas.

The air condition placement is very unfortunate (directly blows at the head of the bed). Shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom which means water is flowing everywhere.

Fiendly host. Early check in allowed, washing machine and dryer are equipped with fee

Far from almost touristic destination. From Mipo station, the walking way to guesthouse is a high slope which is hard for big luggage, or you can call a taxi with fare appx 5.000 won. Water supply with fee. The host lives with cats and dogs, that makes the house always messy and smelling. You should pay more for a better location than this place

I really enjoyed my stay here - and the owners were really kind and helpful. Would highly reccomend!

The owners of the guesthouse were really really nice! I actually made a mistake and realized I had booked the room for Saturday instead of Friday. The owners were so kind - they manage to find another room, which was also normally for more guests - and didn't even make me pay the difference! The room was very nice and clean. I'm very grateful they let me stay in that room even if I was the one who made the mistake. The location is also pretty good - I highly recommend it!

Exceptional

Overall one of the best guesthouse I went in! The rooms we got were really nice and well organized, decorated and clean. The common room had a really good vibe as well : all the equipments needed were present, we can sort the trash... And the guesthouse got a little terrace from which we wee able to see fireworks for BTS 10th anniversary! If you enjoy animals, there were a very calm cat and cute little dogs you can pet.

Situated on top a hill, which we discover on the moment and we went up by feet with big luggages : it was the sport of the morning. There were a cat and a dog, very friendly and calm but it think it would be better to get a mention about it for allergic people or those who are scared of these animals!

Very convenient, comfy, and accommodating!

The check in was accommodating as our flight was a little late and the room was great!

It was a little steep in Mapo, but that's not anyone's fault.

Definitely worth every penny. You'll enjoy it!

Amazing view, quite environment, firefly canteen on the main floor with everyone gathering there for a friendly chat. Cosy mattresses and pillow. Has everything you need. Metro is 7 minutes away, lot's restraints, caffeterrias and minimarts. Definitely worth every penny. You'll enjoy it! Location is 3-4 metro stations ways from the main buss terminals and historical places in the downtown.

For elderly people it would very difficult to get to the property as it's listed on the very top of a very hight hill.

Homestay feel in the heart of Seoul

Amazing views from the rooftop, and really friendly and accommodating owners who picked us up from the metro stop since we got lost. They allowed my friends to leave our bags during our stay. Really spacious rooms and homestay feel in the heart of Seoul. Bit of an uphill walk though, but good to burn all the Korean food we ate..

Nice location, relaxing trip

The residence is centrally located with good view of the hanriver at the rooftop. There is a bit of hike to the top the the hill but that’s fine with me even with the snow. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores on the way to the subway station. Will stay next time.

Studio with a youth-hostel feeling in a secluded area

Studio efficiency in a quiet hilly Mapo-gu neighborhood with a well equipped kitchen. Restaurants and stores were a few hundred meters' walk downhill, as was the Mapo metro station.

Next door construction with heavy trucks was noisy, scattered mud and debris in front of the property, and street parking was impossible. The listed clothes washer was missing (the empty hookup was on the balcony). And strangely there were no bedsheets provided on the queen-sized central bed, just a bare mattress with pillows with no pillowcases, and an unlined comforter -- it appeared stripped and unmade.

We had all we needed: kitchen with utensils, balcony, fridge, washing mashine, bath with shampoo etc. Very calm place.

The themed rooms were cute and the roof terrace had a nice view. near a subway station (Mapo).

The location was up steep hills with confusing lanes, appears on Naver maps under different name- . Never saw any staff, just sent keycodes and a long list of regulations.I hate laminated signs on everything with rules. I got the impression that this place has changed owners.

Beautiful views from adorable rooms, but beware the hills.

The rooms and building are so cute! The owners are very friendly and they have two small adorable dogs and a cat, also very friendly. The rates for the rooms and space and amenities are amazing! It’s far enough away from traffic that it’s very quiet and peaceful but still close enough to walk to the subway and train stops easily, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It’s also easy to have all kinds of food delivered using Shuttle. And the views are breathtaking, especially from the rooftop patio!

The building is located up a very steep hill! Getting down is easy but the walk back up is rough! Be prepared for the hike or take a taxi/Uber up to the walkway.

The pictures did not match how the place looked in person. Everything looked and smelled moldy.

The place smelled like mold. Everything was outdated and just felt dirty. They should update their facility and clean better.

Passable

A nice room and bathroom with a small kitchen. Seems like a good place for a longer stay. Easy enough walk from the nearby train station. Host gave us a card with lots of ways to contact her, which was nice.

The room was perfectly clean, but it was swarmed with mosquitos and we were bitten all night. Very strange since we did not notice many mosquitos outside.

Overall, it was a great experience.

The host is very friendly and helpfull. The room was spacious, had a kitchen, was clean. They let us store our luggage for a few days. Its very close to subway, bus stations, Han River, and has a great view from the rooftop. The way to it is a bit steep, but it has a better detour.
