Communication with the owner was top notch. He was proactive and provided a lot of useful information before I arrived. The place was easy to find if only I knew which exit to take. If you are going to this place, use exit P, T or U to Via Goliti then from there you can find the place really easy.
There was nothing to complain about in this place. N/A

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was in an excellent location, close to the train station, making it easy to get around Rome and explore the city's main attractions.

very clean and accessible. The toilet and bath amenities were true 5-star quality—exceptionally clean, modern, and high-end.

+ the place is near Rome Termini. You can walk in 15 min, but the street is full of garbage and homeless people
+ the room is clean and nice, bathroom is new and clean too
+ contactless check-in. For me it’s convenient
- so, as I said there was a lot of garbage in the street, so we felt a little bit unsafe.
- check out in 10 am. Why? Just wondering, because next guests will come only in 15 pm. It was very uncomfortable
- there are no kettle and cups in the room
- for this price I would like to have a little more services
