Beautiful building in a great location. Easy access to everything. Super helpful staff on reception.
The restaurant was excellent! Menu included delicious traditional Basque dishes, well presented in a simple, pared back style with a modern twist. Service excellent!
Lovely, light room with gorgeous comfy bed and complimentary mini bar.
Nothing really! If I was being picky, there were no teabags in our room (we are English!) but we just asked at reception. Fresh milk requested, which never materialised but it was no big deal.

Friendly staff. Good location
The rooms were very dark and uninviting.
Breakfast room (when we found it) was soulless and the food wasn’t great. Not a lot to choose from.
