The whole hotel, bedroom, dining room, food, staff, pool, view, and gardens all were spectacular . It's a proper 5-star resort, not pretend. Staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. Pool are, gardens, amazing. View our onto the lagoon, palm trees, etc. was like a movie.

Junior suite were great and comfy, with great views of the lagoon. Great swimming pool. Great staff.
Facilities start to be outdated, very pricey restaurant and bar, hotel grounds towards the lagoon could be better maintained (construction rubble), the potential of the location could be better used.

Our room was huge and in a lovely spot overlooking the water. The shuttle service to the beach was a bonus and it was close enough to easily walk back. Easy walk to the main street and restaurants.

It was absolutely perfect! The staff were so friendly and attentive! Reception helped us organise some trips as well. The pool and pool area was clean and big. Rooms were great too. Breakfast was amazing, we also had dinner once which was very good too.
Honestly the ONLY thing I didn't like was the coffee at the breakfast buffet. Other than that it was perfect! (The coffee you can order separately is good!)
