To be honest I have no idea why this hotel is only a four star and not a five star hotel. I have travelled all over the world and the hospitality of this hotel was seriously amazing . Food exceptional. Staff attentive and friendly. A Friendly hotel all smile’s

The exceptional view and comfortable rooms. The manager Mr.Prem was extremely efficient in managing a situation we had. A beautiful hotel and close location to the wells and temple. The food was good.

Absolutely beautiful surrounds, on the beach and a gorgeous pool. An extensive selection for breakfast. Plenty of summers to choose from around the pool. Immaculately kept. Room facilities great.
The a/c was a little warmer than the said temp even with lowering it, it never felt like it reached 18 deg.

The location was excellent and the staff were very professional, polite and accommodating . .
The property is very tired and in need of an upgrade. The rooms were clean but extremely worn with stained bathroom grout and soft furnishings. The superior and deluxe rooms are very small. We had to change rooms 3 times as first room AC did not work and second room had ants. The property does not match the price charged.
