Amila fantastico

La amabilidad de Amila para solucionar varios problemas que tuvimos Fue un chico muy agradable dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento y siempre con una sonrisa. Tiene un tuk tuk y nos ha llevado a ver anadharapura. Un circuito para ver todo estupendamente. El nos acompañaba y nos daba alguna explicación. Conduce bien y seguro Hemos estado muy contentos con su tuk tuk y también lo amable que es en el hotel La habitación era una triple y hemos estado a gusto con aire acondicionado y ventilador También te ofrecen lavadora y secadora gratis aunque nosotros no o la utilizamos. Pero es un buen servicio para quien lo necesite. Hemos estado muy a gusto hablando y visitando con Amila en su tuk tuk. Gracias !

Wenn auch ein paar Einschränkungen - toller Ort und eine Empfehlung wert!

Tolle Lage, super Restaurant unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Super nettes Personal.

Sehr laute Bauarbeiten im Restaurant zu den Hauptbesuchszeiten. Der Strand und das Meer waren sehr vermüllt.

Het restaurant en de vriendelijke bediening en proper kamers

Als je boekt zie je de foto van het restaurant, is mooi maar je ziet niet echt waar de kamers zijn. Kamer zonder terras en het meubilair heeft zijn beste tijd gehad.

We had a relaxing stay in nice surroundings

We liked the location, the garden area and restaurant facilities on the beach. Housekeeping were very attentive (and created some wonderful towel sculptures!) All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful arranging things. The food was good.

Great place to stay.

Location and friendly staff. Always with smiling faces. Any simple request is accepted at once. They made the stay exceptionally great. I am sure to go back there.

Beautiful beach hotel that needs some renovations

Location is amazing. The bar & restaurant location is also amazing. Such a beautiful beach front. The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond.

So many mosquitoes in the room but the staff gave us a citronella repellent for the socket which worked great. The bathroom had a rusty smell coming from the drain, a cockroach came into the bathroom while using the shower which wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Perfect beach, clean and friendly hotel.

The two best things about the hotel is the proximity to the beach (it’s directly in front of the hotel) and the staff. The beach is spotless and clean and the staff were all so friendly. All the staff from our room staff which always made the room spotlessly clean after servicing the room, the gardeners who maintained a oasis of green, reception staff who greeted us everyday and the amazing team in the restaurant. We only stayed 5 days but the staff became friends who were only concerned that we enjoyed our time in Sri Lanka.

We had two move several times as the a/c kept breaking down. The staff dealt with the situation immediately, but considering we had 2 nights without a/c and had to move twice eventually to a room without a window, a acknowledgment in the form of a discount, bottle of wine or basket of fruit would have been nice. In saying this it would not stop me from staying at this hotel again. Things break down in this climate and the staff did the best they could.

Very good location with garden leading to the beach. own restaurant with good Srilankan food.

Room cleaning was not good, several things were forgotten or not taken care of (no towels, no toilet paper, used toiletries ).

Better stay at Blue sand beach resort!!!!

Super friendly staff especially Mr Moorthy. We had a delicious Sri lankan breakfast.And the property is right next to the beach.Clean and comfortable bed and towels.We had a better stay😁

Bathroom was not that much clean.Had some bad smell. And the water drain system didn't work properly.Bit disappointed about the washroom

Great location, comfortable stay and good meals

I travelled with my family. The room and the wash room were superb and very clean. Help desk staff - Mr.Roshan was very helpfull. Family room has sufficent space and beach was very relaxing and no securtiy treats. Location is value for money. Meals were excellent and Mr.Moorthy and Chef provided excellent service in dinning.

Decent stay with few shortcomings

The location was perfect, right next to the beach. The food was really good and anything was available on request. Best part was the staff at the hotel, especially Mr Murthy, who was very pleasant and did his best to take care of us.

There was an issue with the bathroom water supply pressure which was an inconvenience. It seems regular maintenance is lacking and there was limited staff allocated. The beach restaurant is closed and food is available only on request. Overall, the management needs to ensure that the basic facilities are available and to update the guests accordingly.

View grate restaurant was nice and cleaned guy who at the restaurant was friendly and professional.

Calculate the dollar rate was Rs 195.00 as charge to my stay but today bank exchange rate Rs 185.00 better to check the rate always .

The staff makes an effort to help with the limited resources available to them and is very friendly plus good The manger mario is very professional the boss is trying to improve the situation as much as he can The property is at the uppavala beach giving easy access to whale watching boats

no wardrobe in room No mini bar in room No tv in room No pot to boil water to make a tea When clothes were given for laundry they were returned all bundled and cramped in a plastic bag without ironing but charged 4 usd per kg and smelled bad Hot water don’t work sometimes Internet don’t work Margarine is served as butter 3 or 4 staff is sleeping every night on the floor with a mattress all over the lobby area and hotel reception This hotel needs guidance and training I believe the place and location and staff is good Just they need to upgrade and get resources to charge current price Or reduce price until they finish upgrades
