Excellent stay

We enjoyed 8 wonderful days at J7 Villaj. The food was amazing, we also enjoyed the delicious mango smoothies made fresh to order by Vivien who along with Juba from reception & Thurai who looked after the restaurant made our stay special. The hotel is located in an excellent area & good value for money, highly recommend.

Muy buena opción

Nos gustó bastante. Gracias a este hotel fue muy agradable nuestra estancia en esta ciudad que no nos convenció demasiado. La playa está cerca pero su estado en temporada baja no resulta muy atractivo . El recibimiento fue extraordinario. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Gran piscina. Buen desayuno y buena comida. Trato muy bueno por parte de todo el personal. Nos ayudaron a organizar nuestro traslado a Anuradhapura.

Nada, pequeños detalles de mantenimiento y limpieza.

Top verblijf, grote luxe voor nette prijs

Heerlijke bedden, prachtig zwembad, goedkoop en goed eten en drinken bij hotel restaurant, super vriendelijk personeel, zonder moeite nacht bijboeken en zelfs dag eerder mochten we al in betere kamer, top ontbijt (buffet vorm zat keuze, kan ook sri Lanka ontbijt nemen als je wil). Top airco, lekker koud en fluisterstil, om de hoek strand, shop en restaurants.

Geen klamboe bij bed, wel wat muggen in de nacht. Kleine irritante vliegjes in de middag bij zwembad; maar dat is overal in trincomalee.

Najlepszy hotel na Sri Lance. Śniadania do wyboru; lankijskie, angielskie. Wybieraliśmy lankijskie oczywiście- pyszne. Trafiliśmy na wesele w hotelu - to było najlepsze co mogło nas spotkać Bezpłatny parking Restauracja z barem. Pyszne jedzonko

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Pool und auch alle anderen Bereiche waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker. Wifi war stabil und schnell. Ein wunderschöner Strand ist ganz in der Nähe. In der Nebensaison menschenleer. Ist nicht jedermanns Sache... wir fanden es gut 😉

Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten, die wir angesprochen haben und sofort reagiert wurde. Wir haben nach einem Taxi gefragt und ein relativ teures Angebot von der Rezeption erhalten, das wir abgelehnt haben. Außerhalb des Hotel haben wir dann ein wesentlich günstigeres Angebot erhalten - Preisvergleich lohnt sich. Jedoch KEIN Grund hier nicht mehr herzukommen. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft gerne weiter und würde sie selbst auch erneut buchen. VIELEN DANK!

Prima verblijf gehad, alle was op loopafstand.

Uitstekende locatie, lief personeel en behulpzaam. Goed ontbijt!

Great hotel in prime location.

Rooms are nice and just right in size and comfort. Fine breakfast, either Sri Lankan or Western. Nice cool pool with quiet surroundings. Very good service. Very close to the beach but still peaceful.

Super clean room, very helpful and friendly staff, breakfast offers different each day and really wanted us to try all sorts of sri lankan food which was so good. Helped us with hiring a scooter and a car/driver back to the airport with no problem. Pool clean and very close/easy walk to the beach. Very comfortable bed and bathroom very clean, everything is kinda new.

A few more sunbeds around the pool would be appreciated.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended!

Fairly new hotel. All amenities needed. Spacious room. Big and clean swimming pool. Great variety of dinner options. Also value for money is very good. Breakfast is delicious, choice between extensive Western or Sri Lankan breakfast. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Especially the head of the bar/restaurant makes you feel at home and does his utmost to get the most out of your stay.

Food are superb. Starf are very friendly. Breakfast are out door besides the swim fool. Clean room. Special thanks for who are the reception girls name jubadi (🤔). My wife and me staying one night and happy to book next trip J7.

Foreigners are smoking out side balcony. Smoke Coming in to the room. Iam none smoker 🤣😂

Memorable Stay in Trincomalee

We enjoyed amazing food for very reasonable prices. The pool was great too. Most of all Vivian Richards (Manager) and his staff provided us with great hospitality.

Calm relaxed staying

Nice cozy place. New furniture, and also the whole hotel building. It is situated nearly 350 metres far from the beach. Small garden with a swimming pool. There are two kinds of breakfast: local and European (omelette, toasts, lot of fruits, sandwiches, yogurt, coffee). Hotel stuff was always so nice and friendly and solved all the problems (for example, washing clothes) with good level of English. There is nice bar also.

Great hotel close to Uppuveli beach

We loved our stay at the hotel! It was located in Uppuveli, close to the beach and some nice restaurants. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The swimming pool was great and breakfast very nice. We highly recommend the hotel!

Very nice

Excellent location of the hotel, 5 minutes to a private beach with comfortable sunbeds and beautiful umbrellas. The staff is friendly. The hotel is very comfortable. European level. An excellent union of price and quality.. perhaps the best for this money in Trincomalee.

Had the best time at this villa resort with my girlfriend! The rooms are clean, the pool is nice and refreshing, the service and food is 10/10, and everyone working here is so friendly. Our room had a power cut and they sorted it out for us asap. They always provided us with whatever we needed. I really can’t recommend this place enough - best hotel we’ve stayed at in our 2 weeks in Sri Lanka! They also organised our snorkelling trip to pigeon island which was amazing 😍😎

Harry for president

It was a very modern hotel with good music and its food and beverage area near de swimmingpool. The best was Harry, this employee is top, he is an example of professionalism, eficiency and kindness. Since we arrived he was always willing to help and answer our questions accompanied with great recommendations. His picture should be on the books about excellent customer service.
