The room was clean and comfortable, just what we needed. It was ideal after a wedding at Oxnead Hall. The host was so lovely, so glad we found this place ❤️

I have never had a more lovely welcome than the one I got at Home Farm Cottage. The host was particularly warm and friendly. She greeted us like friends and was really happy to help us with anything we needed. I felt at home as soon as I walked through the door. The room was amazing. It was spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom. The added little touches like a little bottle of fresh milk and toiletries in the bathroom made our stay extra special. Finally the breakfast was delicious and served with a beaming smile. We would love to stay again at this delightful guest house.

We have stayed at Home Farm before as a base to catch up with family, and the hospitality and the feeling of home from home is evident straight away. Tanya is an exceptional host, very warm and caring, nothing is too much trouble. Room was cosy, excellent shower, slept like a baby and had all the amenities as described. Cracking breakfast with plenty of choice and parking was a bonus. Will definitely be staying again.
