Two fully-appointed living areas give you the flexibility to spend time together or break off to enjoy quieter moments. With kitchens on the second and third floors you and your guests can cook together or prepare meals separately. Everything you need is steps away, including beach access and a grocery store. It’s a short stroll to the D-River Wayside, where you’ll find Kyllo’s Seafood & Grill and other dining options. This attractive and well-maintained home has two upper floors, each with its own open-plan living-dining-kitchen area, wood-burning fireplace, full bathroom, two bedrooms (each with queen beds) and large oceanfront deck. There is also a convertible sofa-sleeper on the second floor. The entry-level has garage has a washer/dryer and plenty of room to drop all of your beach gear. This was a great place for 5 people. With the 2-2 bedroom units it was good to be able to gather together or get away for a bit. Would stay again.

My wife and I stayed with 3 other couples. Two of the bedrooms are a bit small, but it's great having two separate kitchens, living rooms and decks. Made it super easy to either gather as a group or do your own thing and have some space.

The refrigerator on the second floor did not work like.
The lock on the second floor balcony is busted. Bathroom on the second floor kept running, and there was a slow drip in the kitchen.. we spent way to much money for our family to have to use only one refrigerator… when asked if we would get some time of refund for the inconvenience I never received a reply back. Property was fine but no beach access. 3 floors and 3 bathrooms with 2 kitchens gave our family a lot of space. Difficulty was the 5pm check in. We realize the time needed to get the property ready but on a rainy , cold, windy day, it was difficult to “kill” time. We called and asked if we could check in an hour or even a half hour earlier but was told there would be a charge.

We came and my blanket had stains that looked like blood or chocolate. We dropped something behind the bed and there was dead bugs and piles of dust. Overall everyone was complaining about the cleanliness of the house.

Way over priced. I have stayed at better for $1600 for 2 nights. The house is basically two small 2bedroom apartments with a shared basement, that's the best way I can explain it. The layout doesn't incourage shared family time. One normal sized 65" TV upstairs and a small 32" TV on the 2nd floor which doesn't fit the needs of a modern family. The house is dated and clearly not professionally maintained.
Read the reviews. If a view of the ocean is all you want then you can still do better for the price.

This place is all about the view!! Amazing! The layout was very handy for the family. There were some little complaints but all in all it was a great house for our stay!!

We booked this property because of the view and it did not disappoint!!
It was clean and spacious. The photos are accurate minus the ground level. When we booked the property it stated there were two futons on the ground floor. Then the listing updated to one futon. When we arrived the ground floor bonus room was just one very large table with no chairs. There isn’t a futon or anything. It’s completely unusable as is. We were supposed to have two teenagers with us who planned to sleep down there but they were unable to come last minute so it worked out okay for us. The sleeper sofas did not seem fit to sleep on for teens or adults (like most sleeper sofas!) I think they are in the process of doing updates, which is probably why the ground level seemed unfinished and differed from the photos. One of the bathrooms was completely remodeled and very nice. Ground floor bathroom is a bit dated BUT had amazing water pressure! I used that shower each day! I loved it!
The other beds were comfortable with nice bedspreads and pillows.
We really enjoyed our stay here!

Nice home
Everything was wonderful. Stairs are steep but manageable. Everting we needed was available. I did step on a piece of glass on the kitchen upstairs upon arrival. After sweeping we did collect a lot of dirt so looks like house had not been swept well. Homeless people around and scared us when exiting the home late at night, they were looking through garbage cans for anything they could recycle. So we decided to bags the recycling apart and keep them away from the front door. Short walk to beach. Overall house is nice and very accommodating.

The property had an excellent view of the ocean. It accommodated our group of 8 very nicely. It is a bit of a walk to the beach. Those in our group who were over 65 had difficulty walking to the beach, but we had no trouble shuttling them down in the car for a nice stroll in the sand.

We had a nice time and liked the location & ocean view. Since the house is an accommodation for ten people it should have been stocked with enough wash cloths and shampoo for ten. We only had 4 wash cloths. There was not enough hot water for 10 people, there needs to have a larger water tank.

Nice older beach getaway
We had a nice stay. House had some water damage but the rental company already knew it and had a plan in place. House needs some cleaning. Cobwebs at eye level and dusty surfaces.

The house was much larger than I expected, even after reviewing all the photos. Plenty of space and more for our group. A short walk to the beach.

The housecleaner was there when we checked in and hadn't even finished laundry. There was bird poop on the view window, hand prints on the windows and dining table, cobwebs in the bathroom, grime on the bathroom floor, blood on the shower curtain, no trashcan in the master bath, and peeling paint. The pillows were FLAT, I mean almost non-existent flat, the mattresses were beyond firm, and the second blanket was some sort of thin camo thing that I would have bought my teenaged boys 15 years ago. The property was dated and a bit threadbare given what we paid for it. The furniture was set up all wrong for the view and had to be moved until we left. The coded door lock only worked half the time so we had to tote the heavy lockbox key around, which incidentally had a sharp wire that sliced my finger open, or risk not getting back in. There was no propane for the grill that should have been there. Maintenance did not reach the property until 9 pm so dinner was pretty late the one night we ate in. The heater blew out pretty much cool air in rainy Oregon coast weather so we were bundled up much of the time. Our friend that stayed with us works for Vacasa in that area and said that the state of the house was nowhere near their standards and that Meredith Lodging clearly did not keep their properties in the same way. The only good things were the view and the kitchen supplies.
