Friendly staff and a clean laundry room.
Multiple trash cans should be placed throughout the floors. The big trash dumpsters were too far a walk for people with disabillities.

La ubicación.
Olor a cigarrillo en sus habitaciones, incluso cuando reservas para no fumadores.
Y que el personal no trabaja los domingos, y tuvimos que hospedarnos en otro hotel porque se nos quedó la llave dentro de la habitación y no había nadie que resolviera ese problema, incluso escribiendo emails y llamando a números de teléfono que nunca contestaron.
