I was pretty happy about the room, well clean, good location, easy excess from airport shuttle bus
find it quite expencive, anyway I left to book it until the end,

the concierge was super knowledgeable and we were able to check into our room 4 hours early, which was a huge relief and made our short stay in bilbao that much better. great location and very clean and spacious rooms. the artwork was top tier as well.

Location is great. The room was clean. Staff super friendly.
The courtyard was noisy early in the morning. Maybe the back of a kitchen. We were woken up by repetitive banging. The room was clean but had a damp drain smell. Avoid room 225 but the hall also had the same smell.
