Located in Frankfort, this attractive house for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. **new central air conditioning and new appliances!** Centrally located on a quiet residential street in the quaint town of Frankfort, MI. 2 main floor bedrooms with cozy living room with lots of light, and kitchen with attached dining room. Upstairs large master suite with king size bed and private bathroom. Front porch and back patio for grilling and relaxing outdoors, with a fire pit for evenings. Spend your getaway walking or biking the downtown area, relaxing at the beach, and exploring the many local outdoor attractions. Wineries, breweries, the Sleeping Bear national lakeshore, and Platte River are all within 15 minute drive. Many opportunities for golfing within 15 mile drive south to Arcadia, or southeast to Crystal Mountain. Excellent location for driving to Crystal Mountain (17 miles) for skiing in the winter as well.

Nice property, good location. House in some renovation we were not aware of…spackle, patching on ceilings, no paint therefore many decor items removed? cupboard floorboards missing in kitchen. The floors are very uneven; Watch your step. None of this affected our enjoyment of the beautiful area.

Good house in a good location to Frankfort. We were staying for the 2023 Ironman and couldn't have been happier with the location. Short drive to the very nice beach. Would definitely stay there again.

This is our second time of staying at this property. It's a great rental. And the owner is wonderful to work with, very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again!

The cottage was in a good location. It was clean but didn’t smell clean. The house is old and most of the furniture and lamps are old and marked up…coffee table was damaged, rugs need cleaning. The upstairs bedroom is large but needs updating with furniture. Beds are somewhat comfortable if you like sleeping on an added foam mattress cover. The upstairs bathroom needs remodeling….the shower looks like it could have mold. The wall is peeling around shower head and there is rust and black gunk at the grout/seam area. I did not feel comfortable showering in there and it is so small that you can barely turn around in it. The faucets creak and squeak to turn on and they need to be deep cleaned around bottom of handles. There were cob webs on the beam ceiling lights in bedroom. No cranks on the bay windows to open them up. Overall the entire house needs some detailed cleaning, especially all the windows, tracks and screens. I would not return unless this home was remodeled.

The property wes wonderful for us. When we got there we realized because of a new injury and crutches my husband and i would not be able to use the huge upstIrs suite. Because there is a queen downstairs we used that and the two teen brothers used the suite. They were tickled to have their own bath and huge room with a tv. TV channel choices, the outdoor patio and a functional large kitchen made the stay even better. Neighbors were friendly and waved or spoke to us. It is very close to the lake and ,downtown Frankfort. Since i have a new injury I learned tha handicap bars in the bath would have helped me get in and out of the bath easier.. That would be an important add even for the more elderly. Thanks for the hospitality. I just have one sugfestion. It was really noce tha people left uneaten food like eggs, condiments, beer, soft drinks and Popsicles behind. Its great that younencourage it . It would be nice if they were to have a marker to write the date on it. Great stay and we would highly recommend it

We had a nice stay in Frankfort - the house is an easy walk to downtown and to the beach. Plenty of room in the house for a family of 6-8.
Smoke from the Canadian wildfires made mediocre sunsets and water views but we had fun, riding bikes, playing games and sampling several restaurants and of course all 4 ice cream shops in town!

Great old house with character. . Great location.
Hosts were very responsive. .
Hot water heater stopped working and John was there that evening trying to fix.. Replaced it the next morning.

Sisters week
My sister and I enjoyed Lullaby House and the Benzie County area. We found beaches, restaurants, galleries and shopping and were glad to come home to our cozy, air conditioned home away from home.

Great Family Get Away, Close to Everything!
We enjoyed our stay, the home was exactly as described. It is an older home but nicely appointed. Some details on the house and area: Our kids (17,15,12,8) played basketball at the park which is within sight of the home, it also has a pretty good skating park so if they are into that, they will love it, they also met other kids that were traveling in the area. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood, with friendly neighbors (one of which, has a beautiful flower garden). We had parking for both vehicles in the back of the house in the alley area, which gives you access to the backyard. The kids had no problem with streaming on the TV's and the WIFI. One thing to note, the coffee maker when we stayed, was a drip coffee maker. So if you are particular, you may want to bring what you use at home. We had all the dishes and pans for cooking, even Tupperware for food storage. The refrigerator was nice and large, with no ice maker, but trays were already filled up when we arrived, a nice little gift from the brewing company was stocked when we arrived :) We walked to the coffee shop for coffee, the downtown is charming and friendly. The host left a nice binder with area maps and guides, we found that very helpful. You may want to take a few minutes to review the area and all the information. The beaches are clean and easy to get to, you can either drive if you have gear or walk and sit on one of the benches/swings along the boardwalk and enjoy the sunrise/sunset. We drove to Sleeping Bear for hiking and had a beautiful drive. The Point Betsie Lighthouse is worth checking out in our opinion, make sure to check out the tour times so you can walk up to the top and enjoy the view. I had great communication with the host and she was very accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great week at the Lullaby House.
Super cozy beds. Nice cold air conditioning, Lightning last Wi-Fi! Loved having the dishwasher and washing machine.
We were able to walk to Main Street in under 10 minutes. Super close to grocery’s and a little park.
Kristen, the owner was super quick to answer any questions we had. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Perfect location for a weekend of golf
The house suited our needs perfectly for a weekend golf trip at nearby Arcadia Bluffs. Clean and comfortable as well as being a short walk to downtown Frankfort restaurants made for a very nice stay.

We had a slight hiccup when checking in with a housekeeping issue but the owner went above and beyond to communicate and make it right. Excellent communication. Super friendly owner. Cute up-north hang out
Nice little house that's near enough to all the sights and perfect for a quick get-a-way. The king bed upstairs was one of the best we've slept on vacation and the house is simple but has everything you'd need. There's a nice backyard that is great for pets and if it wasn't so icy during our visit, we could have walked to downtown Frankfort. The Stormcloud gift in the fridge was so thoughtful! Thanks for making us feel welcome!

We had a great time in Frankfort. The house was as described and worked very well for our family, 6 adults and a dog. The owner was very responsive to questions, and the Christmas tree was a very nice touch. The location is a short walk from downtown and the beach.
