Our stay at Hotel Barrett was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff was exceptionally attentive, the hotel was very clean, and the amount of food provided in the room was truly incredible—more than we could possibly eat!
I would especially like to mention Ricardo at the front desk, an excellent person who was always kind, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. He, along with the rest of the staff, went above and beyond to assist us and helped us plan our visits throughout Rome and the Vatican.
Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable. We are very satisfied with our experience at Hotel Barrett and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

The pantry and location

The location was wonderful and the staff was great. But the room was so small we couldn’t open our carry ons if it wasn’t on the bed, so we had to have them next to our night stand closed. Breakfast was in the room!! There was a shelf which was like a pantry and a mini fridge stocked with hotdogs, cheese and other things (I was appalled that the profile of this hotel said excellent breakfast included. Walls so thin, that if one person woke up at 6 am for an early start, it woke us all up. Expensive price as well… over 700€ for 4 nights. I will not return.
