Perfect location in the heart of Rome, suite has two great size rooms which is great for a family of 5. Spotlessly clean and the two ladies who staff the apartments are lovely! In a very busy area but felt very safe. Children loved the old fashioned lift to apartment. A magical city and fantastic trip, wish we could do it all over again this weekend!
Mattresses very firm and pillows are poor, need replaced. Unfortunately the suite is beside the entrance door which is loud and heavy when opening so woke us early each morning with people coming and going. Walls quite thin so could hear conversations but thankfully had quiet neighbours.

Great location, comfortable bed, good climate control, nicely appointed
Not able to use the kitchen, not clear communication at check-in

Great location, staff were fantastic and we had the best time in Rome
The shower wasn’t the greatest but adequate Took a little while to warm up

The cleaning - Allessandro - was very nice and the cleaning was done very well. The locatin was very central and in walking distance to all the good and important memorials. We stayed in Room #1. A family room for five people.
One of the people working there were not very friendly. The bathroom was not optimal and no warm water in the shower. The beds were hard.
