Perfectly calm, beautiful hotel in a great location in Rome

Absolutely amazing hotel, great location. I actually left my phone at the hotel by accident and then make sure it got sent back to me in the UK… Such wonderful staff great service great hotel

Très agréable, que de beaux souvenirs

L’emplacement était idéal, près de tout. Facile pour visiter. Le staff est également très accueillant et gentil. Nous étions en contacte avec le réceptionniste Giacomo, très aimable.

Il manquait peut-être deux ou trois équipements dans la chambre mais rien d’important

We loved Rome and "went with the flow" to live with the hotel's few flaws.

Very good location for walking to sites and for access to nearby stores and restaurants. Stylish modern architecture and decor inside. Helpful and welcoming staff, Very good housekeeping. Large room with a very good bed and pillows and nice lighting. Very large and well-equipped bathroom (except that there was no safety bar in the walk-in shower).

Lack of storage: there was no real closet and there was not a single drawer or shelf, and there was no flat surface except for a small coffee table. They should acquire a chest of drawers and possibly a wardrobe, which could fit in the room and match the style. There was no printed info--no list of amenities, no emergency instructions (except a fire-route drawing on the door). There was no phone in the room, and there was no staff from 11 pm until morning, which would be a problem in an emergency. Minibar items inside and on top of the small refrigerator were too numerous--little room for guests' own needs.

Nice enough but over priced.

Great location. Nice simple aesthetic.

The photos make the hotel seem much more refined than what it is sadly. It is sophisticated in its style choices but the execution is very basic. Lacks attention to detail. On top of that, staff we nice enough but not overly helpful. We would come in and out each day and most staff members on reception were quiet. Also, I organised a transfer but no car came on the day of my arrival. Once I phoned the hotel they apologised but there was no real follow up when I arrived by taxi.

Do not recommend this hotel.

Location

It was very cold in the rooms, the air conditioner was not regulated (no one on the floor). No one could turn it off, the temperature was about +16 all night long (by the way, the reception closes everyday at about 10-11 p.m.) Moreover, there was even no shampoo / shower gel in one of the rooms.

Restaurant was exceptional. Had an evening meal there and was very impressed. Had breakfast on the morning of departure and was very nice.

Good location, not good as a business traveler hotel

Location was very convenient

Breakfast selection was pretty lousy and not good value for money. No where to hang up clothes (as business traveler this was important).

Quality of everything was excellent. Very nice breakfast.

We had organised a driver from port to Rome through the hotel - didn’t arrive and the driver didn’t notify the hotel.

no dental kit, strange narrow street and bad view out of the window. very small room, no place for luggage. breakfast was boring and small. overpriced

Lovely stay & would definitely come back.

Breakfast a little poor! Maybe a menu would have been good.

I asked through booking.com for a bottle of champagne to be in our room when we arrived as our 30th wedding anniversary but nothing arrived. I also emailed the hotel but still no champagne!!!

Really nice, and great location!

The location of the hotel is great. The room was super clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was really lovely and helped us navigate through Rome.

The room was a bit small, but thats part of the hotel, low ceilings. The spa is very small, you rent your hour and you go.

Modern with considered decor

It was clean and Modern, Decor was very considered.

We took the hotel up on arranging a transfer from the airport €55 the car was old and dirty. You can get a taxi outside the airport and the hotel for €31 and the taxi was brand new and clean.

Great place to stay

Hotel was great, good location just off the Pantheon and the staff were very attentive and pleasant.

Not as luxurious as it seems from the photos.

the location was fab. And I liked the design of the hotel. some of the staff were really lovely. it was our 3 year anniversary and they left a small bottle of Prosecco and a note in the room for us which was a nice touch.

our room was room 41 and it was the room right at the top in the roof and it was really small and claustrophobic. there was an issue with the aircon so the room was really hot and stuffy and we both slept so badly the first two nights. we arrived at 2am as our flight landed late and I informed the hotel of our arrival time however when we arrived there was no one at reception and we couldn’t get in! I called the number and thankfully someone answered and said they’d be there in 5 mins and they arrived from somewhere else that wasn’t the hotel so that was a bit odd and disappointing as we were waiting outside the hotel in the dark and freezing cold!

Very bad stay... Really don't recommend.

Location (only).

Staff was very poor (only one or two to take care of the whole hotel - reception, restaurant, cleaning...). Room really small even tough we payed a higher rate. No place to put suitcases. Bathroom drain was clogged - they fixed it quickly but we took two baths until fixing. They put only one towel for two people (!!). No changing in the bedding, and we stayed for 5 days. Bedding was smelling bad. Very noisy room, very hot (impossible to change temperature). No reception area and poor restaurant area. Everything claustrophobic.

Best value in Rome for service, location, comfort and cleanliness.

This is my new favorite hotel in Rome after many stays elsewhere. It is comfortable, clean, modern, and the customer service we experienced far exceeded our expectations. Eden went above and beyond arranging restaurant recommendations for the whole week (a busy one in Rome) and picked perfect spots where we were treated extremely well as hotel guests. I can’t praise her enough. The location can’t be beat. 5 minute walk to the Pantheon, everything else is 20 minutes in any direction. Elevator handy for higher floors. Quiet and tucked away.
