I picked this accommodation for its proximity to the places I planned to visit: Gallery Colonna, Gallery Pamphily, Gesu Church, Vittoriano complex. All those were within 7-10 min of walking. Crapery and a decent breakfast restaurant were just the next door. Upon request I received an electric tea cattle and an iron. Microwave is always available in the lobby area. Beds were wide and mattresses soft. The most I was impressed with the bathroom. Plenty of hooks on the bath cabin and on the wall. Also, a set of tooth brush and toothpaste came as a little surprise, as well as provided slippers.

Excellent location for exploring Rome. Staff were very helpful and as we arrived late at night gave very detailed instructions, including video and pictures, to help us find it and check in. Good ac and WiFi. Room was clean and spacious, we had an extra bed and still room to spare.

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Rome. The staff was polite and always responded promptly whenever I contacted them by message.
The cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. Although the room matched the photos, the atmosphere felt dark and uncomfortable in person.
Another unfortunate issue was that the power went out overnight, leaving the boiler off and there was no hot water the next morning until I called the staff.
Overall, despite the great location and responsive staff, the cleanliness and overall experience were disappointing, and I would not stay here again.
