Excellent location
Nothing. Despite major problems with the water supply on Ortigia following a burst pipe, luckily the hotel had a backup tank so we were rarely without water

Great location, friendly staff, and a lovely, cozy room. It was also a big plus that we could borrow beach towels, store our luggage, and get help with transportation to and from the bus station. We also really enjoyed the terrace and having a coffee machine in the room.

Great location. Clean, great AC.Staff was helpful getting a local nurse for my wife. Using their valet which comes from a distance when there is same price parking around the corner.
NO ELEVATOR...Having to drag our luggage up and down stairs.( after some discussion did get some help, and also was moved to lower floor.
