Very clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Unusually, there was a kettle, coffee and tea bags in the room so you were able to make a hot drink. Excellent shower / shower room. Two USB charging points in the room.
Veronique was very helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable
Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on Monday evening / Tuesday morning, as were all other local restaurants. Therefore we had to travel to the outskirts of Saint Omer to find somewhere which was open in the evening.
It was good that a number of breakfast items were left in the room for the next morning but we would have preferred to have been able to eat in the restaurant. This would have been possible on other days of the week - our fault for not checking when booking.

Everything was OK....we were only staying overnight.
Veronica who met us was very nice and helpful. Her ability to speak english was a plus as we have minimal french.
Steps to the first floor bedrooms...difficult when disabled.

We were given wrong room information
Breakfast not available until 09.00 so did not have
Had to ring to request checkout
Receptionist was surly and unhelpful at check out
