The staff and the location.

I'm use to the location now, but my first impression was this is overpriced. It's not fancy at all and the rooms are basic to say the least. The water takes forever to get hot, there's no soap to wash your hands, or lotion to moisture yourself after bathing like most $100+ a night hotels in the states. There are no elevators to carry your luggage to the upper floors you're on your own with that. They do however have great staff, and complimentary breakfast till 11am. They allow you to have guest and keep their ID until they exit. They are also located directly across the street from a police station and 1 block from the strip. Their master or suites are larger then most rooms, but again you just have the size their are no views or fancy furniture inside. I stay often because their always seems to be a room or two available there, and I know most of the personnel now.

Time it takes the hot water to get hot, no elevators, no hand soap for washing your hands, no lotion. and no views. No ice machine.

The location is actually right across the street from a police station. And police frequently enter and exit the station. That was comforting to know if anything negative happened police wouldn't be far away which is always my concern when traveling to foreign countries. The room was nice but for the $121 per night I spent for the suite in my opinion it was a little overpriced.,Breakfast was decent and the location spigot prepare it immediately upon ordering. It's one block away from the main action or strip which is great. That one block has little to no lighting at night thou, but again the police station is right in front of your room.

One block walking distance to the strip has little to no lighting at night.
