Good size room with kingsize bed and en-suite.
Very sociable atmosphere in bar/restaurant, busy for mid week but efficient staff and great food.
Parking on site no problem.
Sadly no breakfast on site, but great cafe in walking distance "Bites & Brews", with good food and not expensive. (Listed on google as "The Black Country Cafe").

Lovely staff decent food
Beds are knackered and anyone over 6ft will sit at an angle to use the toilet so aim well as the cleaning staff are nice
Floorboards are creaky as owt but you’ll not fall through it’s an old building to be expected I guess.
