I like the property because the rooms offer the same environment you’ll see at big hotels. Neat, spacious and comfortable.
The only thing I didn’t like about the property is the wrong address used on booking.com. I would say I suffered a bit before I was able to locate the place and there is no name that shows Sallam lodge as it says on Booking.com. I spoke to the receptionist about this, they must change the address so they don’t stress lodgers.If you follow the address name on here, it will only take you around the location in a fruitless journey. You will need to call the receptionist.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. The bad reviews are honestly overhyped. The lady at the reception explained the issue of bad reviews at checkin and said the hotel staff have been working on it. Honestly it was a comfortable stay taking in account I am am very fussy. Glad the place is working on their negative reviews. Everyone deserves second chances. Will definitely stay again if prices are right.
They need to have some toiletries such as shower gels, shampoo etc. Its a small cost but at times you forget to bring the most simple things. Would be helpful if they had them. I had to drive to the nearest store before work just to shower.

It's a nice budget hotel, so didn't really expect much considering the price they charge.
You need to fix your tvs, you cant watch a single channel. Try to change your old carpets.
