The proximity
The bed is very small and I don’t think the lift was working (tried calling the customer care phone number, but no one picked up).

The location of the hotel and the big car park
Self check in we had no.problems on this occasion, no bed side tables, no TV remote room 206, no hair dryer, add more coat hangers please. A vending machine downstairs as there are no snacks or drinks available.
