All inclusive, was really an all inclusive, with food and drinks available all the time.
The room is cosy and large, while the wellness centre was great.
There is a lot of walking area available and you can use the pathways to enjoy the nature around the hotel. Playroom for kids is simple but nicely equipped with everything needed.
Although there were a bunch of people during holidays, the staff managed quite good to handle everything.
Hotel staff doesn't speak much English (besides reception) - this goes for kids activities as well, and the animators. Parking is a bit expensive, although there is free parking at the premise (which, of course, was not mentioned by the staff).

The stuff was very kind. The hotel's location is very remote and relaxing. The spa is okay, but it clearly needs some renovation.
The food was average, very deep-fried or frozen, pre-cooked before (breakfast pastry was definitely frozen, poor quality ham, etc.). Felt like they were more about quantity than quality. Our room's bathroom had a urine smell, and there was long black hair all over the room. Also, both the sink and the shower drain were clogged; therefore, the bathroom didn't have a pleasant smell.
