The staff was very friendly and accommodated all our wishes with a smile. The hotel also offers bike storage if you bring your own, which is a nice addition. The water park and the Temple of Life are both great. Compared to other water parks, this one is not overly crowded and has lots of shade, although the music in the water park is a bit loud for my taste.
The hotel itself is very tidy and clean, but the rooms are a bit dated. There's visible use on the furniture. Not a deal breaker, but for the price, I'd expect some reparations. We stayed for two days and had lovely breakfast on both days and one of the dinners was also nice, however the other dinner had poor choice and the food was overcooked and dry. Not sure what happened or if this was something out of the ordinary, but we expected a bit more, expecially remembering our previous stay in the hotel.

Very nice stay at the hotel. It's attached to the thermal baths and has all the amenities you could want. The food was good - especially the breakfast.

Breakfast and the pool is amazing. Parking is super easy and reception staff is great. Sadly, this is all there is.. and we are loyal visitors...
The pool guard is more on her phone that actually working and watching the kids. You can probably drown and she would notice it only if it came up on her Instagram feed. The waitress at the cocktail bar is also on her phone while serving the customers which is mind blowing, not even a "thank you" or "please take your drinks". The dinner is very bland and generic but the salad bar is great and there is good amount of sweets that you can eat instead of the other food.
