Great location. Restaurants, supermarkets, the bus stop to/from the airport, etc, almost everything was within walking distance. The next to the hotel was an excellent Bun Cha (traditional noodle) restaurant.
The room was clean, I saw no bugs.
The staffs were also friendly and flexible. I arrived in the very early afternoon, but they welcomed and let me check in.
I stayed on the 6th floor, but the lift went up only to the 5th floor, so I had to go up/down the stair. Usually it is not a problem for me, but the stair was too narrow for those with suitcases. I can not recommend this room for those with difficulty in walking.
The room had a window but on the upper part of the wall. So, it was impossible to enjoy the city view.
TV was not functioning(it did not matter for me, though).

Basic but has everything we needed. Good location.
Not the cleanest. Ants EVERYWHERE including the bed. Plug sockets burnt and pretty run down. If you come back late the entrance is locked and you have to bang on the window to wake the staff up to let you in.
