The location is fantastic—walking distance to all major attractions and just one minute from the famous Train Street, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. Room is very clean, comfortable bed. The balcony offers a beautiful, iconic view of Hanoi’s charming Old Quarter streets.
What truly makes this place special is the owner, she is a lovely Hanoian lady who welcomes guests with genuine warmth and hospitality, making you feel more like family than a customer.
And don't miss the café on the first floor, run by her daughter. It is an absolute treasure! The coffee is outstanding, and her cakes are simply amazing—honestly some of the best coffee and cake I've had anywhere in Asia. I found myself looking forward to breakfast there every morning.
A wonderful mix of authentic hospitality, great location, and unforgettable Hanoi charm. Highly recommended!
Tip: Don't just stay here—make time to enjoy the café. It's worth the trip on its own!

Good location, close to the train station and right in the middle of a food court
We were charged 300,000 dong for early check in but we were asked to move at 2 PM due to a mistake. We were not offered a refund. We were upgraded to a better room when we returned a few days later so that was nice

Well located with great restaurants and shopping and Train Street close by. The bakery/cafe in the hotel makes a great coffee.
The property had no negatives, although a bed side table and access to the light switch from bed would have been helpful.
