We had 2 person who booked double bed 3 days before arrival but when we checked in, receptionist couldn't find booking. They found our it after 30 minutes later but double bed was not available then they assigned twin bed for us. We was unhappy but still stayed with them. At night, we took a shower but shampoo was not available. We called reception and they said that "we are new hotel so shampoo is not available". So disappointed.
