Very clean and spacious with plenty of air con in the hot weather. Nice outdoor space too.

Villa Teresa is a stunning villa in a lovely area of Mallorca.
The Villa is incredibly well appointed, with lots of space to relax and chill, either by the pool area or the 2 terraces available in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms.
The Villa, on arrival, was immaculate and we could not have been happier with our choice! It’s far bigger than the it appears in the photos too.
Both Teresa and her Mum Alicia, who greeted us on arrival, could not have been more responsive, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and this too makes such a difference to a holiday experience- thank you both ☺️
Located in the central part of the town, a gorgeous bakery just around the corner and just a 10 minute walk to either Es Trenc beach or the Marina and surrounding beaches.
There is a great variety of restaurants to choose from throughout the town, all in walking distance, and approx a 50 minute drive to Palma.
We all loved our stay in Villa Terese and the whole area too - and would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Colonia Sant Jordi to stay here.
Not a thing - we loved it all.
