Location was an easy walk into Nashville - 2km to the centre of Broadway. Enjoyed having access to a full kitchen and utensils.
Unfortunately it wasn't very clean for us. The sheets were quite dirty with lots of hair and there was a dirty tissue left on the night stand. We were a bit disgusted when we arrived and therefor couldn't recommend.

Location was good. About a 20-25 minute walk to the Honky Tonk Highway. Facility was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well equipped even though we did not use it much, but originally planned too. Felt very safe in the area. Less parking spots than units, but never had an issue parking.
Price was fair but then again, we found Nashville pricier overall than other places we visited. . Would have had to pay to stay past checkout time of 11:00 AM.

Great location, with easy walking to lots of stuff. Secure building felt safe and private without being stuffy.
I couldn't figure out how to turn off my air conditioning unit and there were no instructions in the room on how to do so. I didn't download the app because I don't want yet another app on my phone, so if the instructions were only in there and not on the reservation info page, then that's not a good process.

It was nice to have extra space that you don't get in a hotel. Place was quiet. No noisy neighbors. Hardly saw anyone staying there. Hi-Fi Clyde restaurant nearby was great!
Contact/person less is far over rated. Needed assistance and after finally getting a person, she was not familiar with the exact property and was less than helpful. All she really did was regurgitate content that was previously texted to me or found on the app. Getting additional supplies was a joke. Untimely and the second request was never even fulfilled.

The place was really cute and clean. I really appreciated how easy it was to check in and check out. The table in our kitchen was wobbly, and the place does not offer an option for recycling. We also really appreciated having access to free parking spots at the property. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others visiting Nashville.
Our dinning table was wobbly and therefore uncomfortable to use while eating. There was no trash selection. But these were just details I am recommending you look into. But this place is great!

A good cheap option for visiting Nashville. It is reasonably close to the city center and to the university. The zone is quiet
The self check-in is a fast option, however in my case the code I received was not working and I had to phone them to get it. Quite difficult and unpleasant if you don't have a US sim card.

Great amenities, fully equipped kitchen, good location (Uber to the city cost between 6-8$ depending on time of day, Uber to the airport around 20$ and to the grand ole opry around 15).
The couch bed is unfortunately really uncomfortable and quite small. We were a group of three so I would imagine any more people than that would be too much.

The propriety has all you need. 15 min walk from heart of Nashville.
Hand soap was under the kitchen sink, hard to find.
Not enough soap to take shower. The bedroom fan probably has the same remote of the other rooms next to ours so sometimes our neighbors turned on the light or changed fan speed in our room from the other apartment.

We really enjoyed the house it was decorated so cute, it was stocked with what we needed it was clean the temperature inside was fantastic. I loved bring able to hang all my clothes. I was worried there wouldn't be a long enough mirror to see all my outfits but they have a full size mirror to look into. I love the private feel of the outside property
The bed was a little uncomfortable and the lighting could be better. Also needs more counter space for the bathroom.

The room exceeded our expectations. Great location right next to a great restaurant and bar. Easy access to and from downtown Nashville.
We got a great parking space and opted not to move our car until we left due to the lack of available parking

Great space for the price compared to a traditional hotel. The space was large and it was nice to be able to spread out and enjoy the weekend as well as work. Great BBQ down the street.
The decor is all style with little substance and rather flimsy. Not a stocked kitchen if you plan on cooking at all. Neighborhood was safe but definitely not very walkable between parking lots in office complexes.

Everything was super clean modern touches! Amazing location! Grounds really nice! Great location walking distabce sports restarant 100 ft away ! Quick Uber rides to downtown! Love the layout of the place ! Huge shower! Only bad was the couch and the kingbed were super uncomfortable ! Recommend replacing ! We had such a great time! Love to stay again with upgrades!

I decided to "work from home" here for a few days. It's super cozy and had a cool vibe. I was afraid it was going to be too noisy from the street, but I didn't hear a thing. There was a full size fridge, dishwasher, and actual cooking gear (but no basic ingredients like salt, oil, etc). It's a six-minute Uber to the super touristy part of downtown and a 10-15 minute walk to coffee shops and things. There's a cool doughnut shop about a 10 minute walk that's worth a visit, too. No issues with wifi or streaming on the tv. Very great toiletries. Should have taken some with me! There are 5-7 parking spots directly in front, and I was lucky to get one (though there was at least one empty one left). They say there is street parking, but that's pretty optimistic.
It was VERY cold the few days I was there and the heater had a hard time keeping up. I stayed under the extra comforter on the couch the entire time. (They should add some throw blankets to this place.) The only other thing is pretty small, but the record player didn't work. I was pumped to listen to Dolly, but the needle on the player was wonky and wouldn't work.

I think the no smoking policy outside is ridiculous . there could be a designated area within the outside area for smokers. I was nervous going outside the building for a smoke and then had to use code to get back in . Would have like to have basic TV or netflix.

The location is very convenient. The furniture and decoration of the apartment is retro and beautiful. The common areas are nice.
It's an apartment for two people only. It is quite small.
We were four people and sofa-bed is one of the worst I've slept in. He had a back ache the whole day after sleeping in it.
The bed in the bedroom was not very comfortable either...

Good location. Safe area. Clean. Great communication from Sonder.
The thermostat wasn't working properly or wasn't user friendly enough for us to figure out so the bedroom was 86° most of the time. Also, the bed needs a new mattress badly...the middle was like sleeping in a ditch.

Not adequate parking.and a large waste mgmt container in rear of the apartments which made parking and backing up so difficult that I backed into the container causing damage to my rental car
