This Cabin is beautiful, very updated and clean, very comfortable furniture and the beds are comfy as well. Very worth staying here even though it’s not on the lake, everything else makes up for that. The backyard has a perfect slope for a little sledding and snow play as well. Don’t get me started on the jacuzzi under the trees and the under the amazing sky watching the clouds go by. Perfect relaxing trip. Definitely booking multiple nights next time.

We had a nice stay. The house was clean, and in a good location.
I do wish the communication with Big Bear vacations was better. The Contracting was not smooth, it's through email vs VRBO. And there was no dishwashing soap, and when I asked for it to be delivered they never delivered the soap.
Otherwise we had a nice stay.

The positives:
Easy check-in. Great location. Lots of sleeping space and comfortable beds.
The negatives:
The kitchen floors were sticky upon our arrival and we had to clean them.
The dishwasher looked like a bomb went off inside, and when we turned it on, it gave off a sulphur smell.
There was one dish towel (noticed this in a previous review and the response was that would be addressed, but clearly it wasn't.). No oven mitts.
The jacuzzi cover was broken and rotting, leaving us unable to open it up to use it.
We had to empty our own trash, put it in our car and drive it to the city trash station 1 mile away from the home.
Overall, the stay was fine but we will choose a different home the next time we go to Big Bear.
