Staff were so helpful and pleasant and gave immediate attention.
The meals were delicious and always of a high standard.The breakfasts were included in our stay and the cooked breakfast and buffet of which you could have both were again excellent and plentiful.We enjoyed tbe booklet of walks, the information on the Ramsbury estate and the book on Ramsbury that was in our room.

The evening meal was delicious. High quality food and presentation. I liked the size of the room and the facilities were great. Little touches like the biscuits and fan to keep the room cool were very welcome.

Breakfast and evening meal very good
Being challenged twice for non payment of my room. I paid in full after my evening meal. However after breakfast I was challenged at reception for non payment of my room I produced my receipt and received an apology. However on leaving with my wife and laden with bags and a suitcase I was once again challenged for non payment of the room this time at the main public entrance I yet again produced my receipt and received an apology. The Hotel needs to update it's computer system or retrain the staff to prevent this unpleasantness of being challenged occurring again
