Main features are: 🏖️This unit is direct Gulf front with a direct Gulf and beach view! ❤️1/4 of a mile walk to the Hangout and several restaurants and souvenir shops ❤️The living room and master bedroom have an AMAZING direct Gulf/beach view! ❤️The living room has a leather sleeper sofa and 2 leather swivel/rocker recliners ❤️Ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms ❤️This unit has tile floors throughout ❤️2 full bathrooms ❤️Washer and dryer in the unit ❤️Free wi-fi ❤️Brand new poolside restrooms! ❤️Common area Fitness room The living room features: ❤️The living room has a leather sleeper sofa and 2 leather swivel/rocker recliners ❤️Balcony access ❤️Ceiling fan ❤️55" wall mounted Smart TV 🏖️One of the best Gulf views in all of Gulf Shores! The kitchen features: ❤️Stainless steel appliances ❤️Solid wood cabinets with granite countertops ❤️Countertop bar with seating for 5 guests ❤️Tiled backsplash 🏖️Wonderful Gulf View! ❤️Coffee maker that is both drip style and K cup The second bedroom features: ❤️Queen bed and a separate twin bed (NOT BUNKS) ❤️Ceiling fan ❤️Nightstands ❤️32" Smart TV ❤️Double closet ❤️Private full bathroom This unit is offered by Terrys Vacation Rentals and we offer: ❤️Extended stay discounts starting November 1st and ending March 1st on reservations that are 28 nights or more ❤️Full week discounts on 7 nights or more (Excluding peak season and holiday weeks) If your selected dates qualify for a discount the discount will automatically apply!! Island Winds West is a direct Gulf front complex. This unit has a direct Gulf and beach view, some units in this building only have an indirect view. Island Winds West amenities include: ❤️Gulf access with a boardwalk ❤️2 elevators ❤️An outdoor beach-side pool ❤️Brand new poolside restrooms! ❤️A small kiddie pool for the little ones next to the outdoor beach-side pool ❤️BBQ and picnic area by the pool ❤️Outdoor shower by beach access for rinsing off Other things to note: 1. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival. 2. Guests will receive a link before their arrival date to register their vehicle and to purchase their parking pass. Upon arrival guests will pick up their parking pass at the onsite office. The price of the parking pass is not included with your reservation with me. The office is open 7am-11pm daily. If you arrive after the onsite office has closed for the day you can pick up your parking pass the next day when the office is open. Guests that do not pre register their vehicles and purchase their parking passes through the link provided are charged a higher price by the HOA when they arrive and purchase the parking passes from the onsite staff. . 3.This unit is allowed to purchase 2 parking passes. 4.There is a souvenir shop across the street, Island Outfitters, that does offer paid parking there as well if you need parking. For more information on availability and price you can contact them directly. Unfortunately this platform will not allow me to share the phone number so google Island Outfitters near Island Winds in Gulf Shores Alabama and it will come up. I have one unit in the Island Winds East building and another in the Island Winds West building right next door so if you have a need for more than one unit feel free to reach out and we will see if we can get the dates to work out to accommodate your needs.

Went to Gulf Shores for the annual Shrimp Fest. Accommodations were very good and the location to the Fest was excellent. Highly recommend.

This condo is great for 2 people. Balcony is small but great view. Clean and nicely decorated. The only suggestion I would offer is that the mattress are not comfortable and should be replaced. Also the front door could be more attractive with fresh paint. When I saw the front door (first impression), I was concerned but the condo was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit is clean and well stocked with awesome dolphin views. The vibe is pretty low key, so makes it great for a truly relaxing vacation. And I just cannot say enough about how responsive and helpful Terry is. This is our second stay at his unit and I intend to return again next year.

Property was very much as advertised, perhaps even better. Views of the gulf were incredible, access to beach and pool a breeze. Unit conveniently close to elevator and well furnished. Master Bed was super comfortable and has two great windows to look at the gulf while laying in the bed. We will definitely be back in this unit in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Sit & Sea. This was one of the cleanest VRBOs that we have stayed in. The pictures are great but this place looks even better in person. We had everything we needed to have a good time. The walk to the beach was short. We drank our coffee on the balcony every morning and saw dolphins. We walked the beach each evening and enjoyed the lovely sunsets. We will rent this condo again when we return to Gulf Shores.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect, steps from the beach where we spent most of our days. It is also within walking distance to so many stores and restaurants. The condo is spacious and clean and communication with the host was great. We were even able to see dolphins from the balcony on the first day! We would love to return in the future.

My friends and I traveled to Gulf Shores for the music festival! We stayed here and had no problems when we needed to get in touch with the owner. They were prompt with every text message and very polite and helpful! Would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was as pictured. If you are looking for a stay in Gulf Shores with easy beach access, then this is it. Nice comfortable beds, good comfortable couches, with a nice kitchen and clean bathrooms. Close to the public beach area but far enough away for a little peace and quiet. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Terry was very thorough with information. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sit N Sea. I used the fitness center and walked the beach everyday. It was convenient to many bars and restaurants and within walking distance. The view from unit was first class and I watched Dolphin's swim by on many days and sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. The building, grounds and pool were well maintained, and all the staff were friendly.

Stayed there with 4 people. It's a nice condo with a great view and you are close to the beach. In addition, within walking distance to Hangout and shopping. You will need to drive if you want to go to a Walmart or grocery store. Plenty of parking on premises.

-had a closet of useable beach equipment that has compiled over the years. Will save you money from buying some items
Things you should be aware of since reviews get read in more detail than the listings. The. property management is pretty intrusive. They ask for the names and ages of EVERYONE staying at the condo. You are also required to upload a copy of your drivers license once you have booked the listing. Guessing if you wanted out of the listing you could argue this wasn't made apparent prior to booking.
Other Cons:
-You can hear the people staying above you. Thankfully they didn't stay up late.
-This unit only provides one roll of toilet paper per bathroom (2)
and one roll of paper towels
