Nestled in Prescott, this lovely house for $154 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Completely updated historic home built in 1906 in downtown Prescott, AZ. Great location right off of Whiskey Row. Two minute walk to everything downtown. Sleeps six people. Two bedroom/1 bathroom. Full kitchen. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Screaming fast WiFi. Covered parking. Heat and A/C. Master bedroom measures 12' by 11' and has a queen size bed. Guest bedroom measures 12' by 10' and has a queen size bed. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave and sink. Dining area has a table for 4 and seating for 2 at the counter top. Newly remodeled yard with paver patios and grass yard. Great patio with plenty of seating and a fire pit.

The cottage provided comfortable, cozy and warm place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing Christmas weekend. The location is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Prescott Courthouse, restaurants and stores. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and very clean. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed and easy to use TV.

Very nice cute little house very close to downtown. Driveway parking and a lot of close street parking. All amenities as listed. Owner was quick to respond to communication. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor area was comfortable. kitchen amenities were good. Would highly recommend.

The Cottage on Whiskey was the perfect place! Very charming and clean, had everything we needed. Location was great for walking to Whiskey Row and shopping.

Cottage and outdoor space were terrific. The location is fantastic given short walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops, nightlife etc. yet just a block or so off the evening crowd noise. Nice separation of 2 bedrooms with kitchen, bath and living space in between. It could get quite tight with more than 3 or 4 adults - worked great for our small group of gals. Highly recommend.

We stayed 4 nights so really got a feel for the property and the area. Superb. All information very accurate. Excellent location. AZ decor in the Cottage is welcoming. You can’t go wrong renting this. Thank you, Joe, for keeping up such a great property.

Awesome little place. Perfect location, two blocks to the courthouse square. Very quiet neighborhood but waking to everything. Home is super well decorated, perfect size for 4 people. Super well appointed and tvs in all rooms, bonus. Only issue was a squeaky door on one bedroom. We all loved this place and would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much. If going to Prescott (Prescit), do yourself a favor and stay here!

Cute, clean and updated cottage close to downtown Prescott. My family and I enjoyed staying at this vacation rental during the “Epic Ride” Whiskey Off Road mountain bike race. A couple of blocks from Papa’s Italian restaurant! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Plenty of opportunities to walk to coffee, dinner, entertainment, etc. Comfortable bed, great linens and other supplies. Very clean, and great communication from the property manager. Would definitely return!

The house is nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There was some street noise, but this is the trade-off for being so close to the courthouse Square. We would definitely stay again!

This is a great little spot to stay. This little house had it all. It wasn’t opulent but it had everything you needed to be comfortable. The four of us adults stayed there for two nights. The beds were comfortable , the shower was hot , the kitchen was well stocked! The location was amazing. We walked to the Square and enjoyed all the shops and restaurants and bars. The owners were available and kind and helpful anytime we needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds. Peets coffee was a nice surprise and very much appreciated! We will book again if available when we visit our granddaughter attending college in Prescott! Very close to downtown. We walked to dinner each night. Cozy house and perfect for daughter, granddaughter and me.
