Nestled in West Columbia, this lovely house for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. My home is a three minute drive to art, culture, great restaurants and family-friendly activities. Just across the Gervais street bridge, less than two blocks to the river front park, sits our Bungalow. In a safe, quiet, convenient, neighborhood called New Brookland. Our 100 year old charmer will take you back in time with the original hardwood floors, hand laid beadboard ceilings, and the hand crafted moldings. But with all new modern luxuries. The house has been completely updated with a new eat in open airy kitchen. With marble counters, a farm house sink, natural gas stove, wine and beverage fridge. The bath has a tile floor and a tub- shower combo. There are three of the five original fireplaces. But the best is the outdoor pool, with its tranquil fountains. There is a covered pergola, equiped with: frefrigerator, sink, television(summer), ceiling fans, and natural gas fireplace and natural gas grill. One flip of the switch and there you are relaxing on the outdoor sofa, while enjoying the cozy fire. Inside you will find two bedrooms, both furnished with nice luxury linens, and original fireplaces. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has a queen. The sunroom has a twin daybed for additional guest. There is also air mattress available. There is convenient on sight parking, privacy fenced back yard, and a covered front porch with rocking chairs. The neighborhood is a great place to take a stroll along the large oaks, just minutes to restaurants and local shops. From art, luxury consignments, day spas, and grocery.

Beautifully decorated and furnished home with well stocked kitchen. The yard was perfect- quiet and relaxing whether in the covered area for shade and sunny pool. Tonya was outstanding-customer satisfaction is her priority- from making reservation, insuring arrival was satisfactory and that I had everything I needed. Thank you so much!!

It was such a great place to stay for our family. We came to the area for our son’s graduation from boot camp in Fort Jackson. It was only 20 minutes away and after graduation he got to come back to the house to hang out in the pool, grill out and spend time with everyone. The host was amazing and made our stay very comfortable and easy with checkout. I would highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at Tonya’s house. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. She had spices, coffee, snacks and condiments for guest to use. The house, pool, yard and location were perfect. Tonya was very responsive to answer all my questions. She was very helpful with giving me directions to grocery stores and parks. You really don’t need to bring anything extra with you. The house is supplied with all the extras. We hope we can stay here again.

The house was wonderful. I throughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was great, the bed was comfy, the pool was fantastic, and the host was very kind throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend this listing and I recommend this host.

The house was even more impressive in person than they were in the pictures. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again when in the area. The only negative part of the stay was the on/off rainy weather most of the week that prevented us from getting to fully enjoy the use of the outdoor living space.

This is a beautiful bungalow, charming even, felt so at home here, and it was such a quiet neighbourhood...I could have stayed here forever, there was everything you could need at the bungalow, comfy beds, excellent kitchen and washing/drying facilities, the garden was great ..with a lovely pool and plenty of out door seating, I loved the seating on the front porch too, fell in love with the place :0) x

This property is well maintained, comfortable and plenty of room for a family or a small group of friends/couples . It has a lot of character, plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom and is just a short drive to downtown Columbia. The outdoor space has plenty to offer also with the pool, outdoor kitchen with a TV and firepit area. Neighborhood is comfortable as well. Owner is also responsive and pleasant to interact with.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The bungalow is conveniently located, just a short drive to Riverbanks and downtown and a short walk to the pedestrian trail along the banks of the Congaree River. It is also beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. Highly recommended!

This property is amazing. Even better than the photos and previous reviews had put into my head. We were stunned by the beauty and cozy feeling at Tonya's home. The neighborhood is soooo quiet. I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. In other reviews the pool bricks are mentioned, while I was not traveling with toddlers or elderly, it was just me and my 11 year old, we had no problems with being mindful and careful and we enjoyed the pool every day with no problems. Ms Tonya was extremely prompt and helpful anytime reached out to her. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking in the Columbia area.

We had to make a last minute trip to Columbia for a family emergency and we were looking for a place that would have enough space to entertain our two young girls. This property is so beautiful and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We had an issue with the TV, but after we finally reached out to Tonya, she was able to fix the issue for us immediately. The only downfall was the pool. All of the bricks around the edge are very loose and you're unable to sit/stand on them because they aren't secure. We didn't know this until we read the note on the counter upon arrival. This created a challenge for our girls as they tried to get in and out of the pool. Our children still loved the pool and were in it at 7:00am on our second day there. Overall, it's a clean, beautfiul prorperty and a great place to stay!

This home was perfect for my stay in Columbia while prepping for my son's wedding. The home is well appointed and the furnishing very comfortable! Tonya is wonderful to work with and has done a great job creating a home away from home feeling. A must stay if in Columbia!
