Welcome to my well appointed holiday house. This is a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. There are queen beds in 2 of the rooms and a double single bunk with trundle in the childrens room. An additional mattress is available but you would need to supply your own bedding for this bed.
A TV in each of the living areas with blu ray dvd player and Google Chrome for streaming free to air.
The kitchen has a large fridge freezer and all of the crockery and cutlery for up to 10 people.
The bed linen is supplied for one queen bed.
All other bedding $20 per person per stay.
Im happy to just provide quilts and pillows if you want to bring your own bed linen.
There are towels supplied for all guests.
Barbecue on the deck while enjoying the sun set. Outside dining for 8 people.
The property is fully fenced and there is a large grassy area for children to play on. Dogs may be accepted. Please discuss with host and an extra deposit may be applicable. Please bring own towels for using outside of the home.
Split system airconditioner to living areas and ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms to keep you cool.
Strictly no smoking in house and please bring your own butt receptacle.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES. This is a very quiet town and the neighbours will call the police. I have encouraged them to do so and i will terminate your booking if you break this rule.
