Welcome to a newly built retreat with lake views and everything you need to relax.
Enjoy the deck, perfect for BBQs, morning coffee, or soaking up the quiet. At night, light the fire pit (subject to fire ban season) and unwind under the stars.
Kids will love the books and toys. Inside, there’s good coffee, cozy spaces, and all the basics for a smooth stay.
Just steps from the lake boardwalk and a short drive to Langhorne Creek wineries.
‘The Local’, Clayton Bay’s new cafe, is now open. Enjoy year round comfort - reverse cycled ducted air-conditioning throughout. Open plan living, with large 8-seater dining room table. The lounge area features a kids corner, with toys and books, 65” smart TV with Netflix and a PS4 console.
The deck is set up with an outdoor table/chairs and electric BBQ. Lake views from the master bedroom, deck and main living areas.
High chair, porta cot and bathroom foot step for the little ones.

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to families. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The thoughtful extras really made a difference — there were plenty of toys to keep the younger kids entertained, while the PS4 was a huge hit with the older kids (and the adults too!). It was wonderful having something for both the small kids and the big kids to enjoy. The whole family had a great time, and we would happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our stay was a peaceful, relaxing Getaway. The view of the lake was so serene. The house is positioned so well. The outdoor deck was perfect for a quiet coffee break, overlooking the still lake. The house was clean, modern and perfect for our family of 5. I would check 'Fire Bans' for when you book, as we were only advised after we booked that we were not allowed to use the fire pit. Very remote and quiet area.Communication with the host was excellent. Thank you for the lovely recharge

The house is spotless and has everything for a nice stay - new cutlery and crockery, clean linen, comfy beds, lots of cd's and toys. We truly enjoyed our 2 nights there and I would highly recommend this house to everyone. Information about the house was clear and Coby replied to messages promptly. House address was easy to find, location is great, with nice veranda to enjoy meals outdoors. Can't fault anything, it's a gem.
