Welcome to our Clayton Bay Cottage, with its stunning views of the river all the way to Goolwa, located on the Fleurieu Peninsula approximately 87 kilometers by road from the city of Adelaide and 12 kilometers upriver from the municipal town of Goolwa. This delightful cottage overlooks the Murray River and is located within walking distance of wetlands and a boardwalk surrounded by Murray River water reeds. The perfect spot for freshwater fishing on the water’s edge and amazing lake views from its sandstone cliffs. The Cottage is Pet friendly and consists of 3 Bedrooms, 2 modern Bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are fitted with queen-size beds and Bedroom 3 with bunk beds, single at the top double in the center, and trundle at the base. Pillows, quilts, and blankets all provided. We ask that you supply your personal sheets, pillowcases, and towels.
This family-friendly accommodation has a comfy lounge area with a smart TV, and DVD player, including free Wi-fi and 3 piece sofa with reclining chairs, as well as dining facilities to seat 8.
Some games, cards, and DVDs are available so you can have a little R&R when needed. Clayton Bay Cottage is perfect all year round with 3 air conditioners and ceiling fans for summer and a combustion heater for the wintery days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, crockery and cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, full stove, oven, and 2 fridges.
This is your perfect home away from home with 2 Ultra-Modern Bathrooms, two toilets, and a fully equipped laundry with a new front-loading washer and dryer.
The undercover front and back decks provide a tranquil setting so you can relax in the outdoor settings and enjoy the views all the way up to Goolwa. A large lawn area at the rear for children and pets to stretch out and a:
• Gas BBQ
• Weber (coals not provided)
Both provided for outdoor entertaining and dining.
Off-street parking is available and the yard is fully fenced for children and pets.

Booking was simple , making changes possible and not that hard .Location great , local cafe was amazing.We had two dogs with is and they loved the smells , the change of environment along the rivers edge .The Cottage had a fantastic front patio area and the garden was pleasant to look at . The gates are also a great advantage on the patio to prevent our boys from getting out of we needed them retained .It's also a very quite area ,if your looking for some peace . We enjoyed our time in the cottage .

The place was lovely and well stocked with everything we could need. Our family had a wonderful stay here. Very relaxing.

Great stay, great location. Days were exceptionally hot, but air conditioning was on when we arrived and house is spacious, had everything you need in the kitchen and very very clean..we would definitely come back..
