とても素敵な滞在になりました。
スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、最初から最後まで気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
特にチェックインを担当してくださった女性スタッフの方の対応がとても印象的でした。言葉遣いがとても丁寧で上品で、説明も分かりやすく、心のこもった接客をしていただきました。素晴らしい対応だったと思います。
お部屋もとても広く、快適で、窓からの景色も素晴らしかったです。
また、みなとみらい周辺の観光スポットへのアクセスも良く、観光するにもとても便利な立地でした。
全体的に大満足の滞在でした！
また横浜を訪れる際には、またぜひ泊まりたいと思います！

設備と雰囲気は基本的にとても良いです
1階エントランスから14階フロントが遠いですが、エントランスにはソファなど座るところが無く、タクシーを待つ間や預けたスーツケースを受けとる間は立って待たなくてがいけない、疲れます。スタッフも見習い中の慣れていない人も少なくなく、対応が遅い。

ハワイの香りがしました。
お風呂は使いやすい動線でとても快適でした。
チェックインのときとても待ちました。
ラウンジで夕飯食べましたが頼んでいないものカウントされていましま。帰宅した後気が付き‥がっかりしました。
ベッドはふかふか過ぎて私にはあいませんでした‥
