満足はしています。

差額なしでグレードアップ頂けた。駅直結で夜遅くでも安心できた。

朝食で魚や刺身が欲しかった。値段の割に朝食の質が残念であった。

Good

Great location, close to everything. There was a direct bus from the airport to the hotel entrance and back, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overpriced. There were mosquitos in the room. I got the corner room. It is large but the view is not as in the photos because there is a very tall building of Intercontinental Hotel right in front. The room is spacious but if I had known that the view was totally different, I would not have chosen this room.

Lovely stay

We had a nice apartment with a lovely view of the bay and a corner balcony. Convenient for Haneda airport.

The swimming pool was limited and this hotel deserves a more luxurious spa area.

Two faces staff

Location and cleaness

All the staff were watching us all the time and we didn't feel comfortable. Do you know why? It's because we knew they were cold and two faces. (Inginburei) This is the 3rd time stay but we might not come back here anymore. This hotel seems to be down hill, to be honest. The staff needs to get fully trained hospitality.

definitely recommend this hotel. great location and friendly staff.

I LOVED everything about this property. The view was outstanding and the room was beautiful and comfortable.

There wasn’t anything I did not like about this place. by far my favorite hotel I have stayed in.

I proposed that night. I wanted everything to be perfect and Chihiro Kai helped !

The view was great. The room was excellent. But the best thing was the amazing, person, exceptional, friendly service of Chihiro Kai. She was fantastic! She listened to everything I said and went beyond what was expected. I work in hotels so I always see the way hotel staff treat guest. She was great. Just great. She really made the experience wonderful

I liked everything.

A wonderful place to stay!

Really lovely, spacious room with a great view. The beds were really comfortable with a couple of options of pillows stored in the wardrobe. Everything was really clean and modern. I especially liked that in the evening hours, the pool is adults only.

There was a long line for check in so I probably shouldn't have been surprised there was a wait, albeit short, for breakfast in the morning. Also, despite last orders being at 10:30, cleaning up began just after 10:00...

sorry to tell the truth

view and location

inconsiderate rules. not a family oriented hotel. 30 minutes check in at 5pm. the check in time starts at 3. guests need to pay high price for using the pool. did not grant late check out after all. not even a bottle of water in the room. did not reply to my 2 emails before our trip. the shampoos are limited in a small tubes. carpet in 2 rooms i booked are the dirtiest. disappointed for 5 star.

I love love the room. I did not expect it to be big and have the best view,it was a great stay. and would literally go back again and try some more of their services,my friends and I are amazed of how clean and friendly the staff are. I rate it more than just 10:))))

It was great, but the fact that we had to pay forcthe smallest little things, became a bit annoying

The hotel is excellently located. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms was amazing and the beds were truly comfortable.

We had to pay an astronomical amount to make use of the swimming pool. There was no coffee in the room (only tea) and when we asked for sachets of coffee to make in the room, we had to pay for that too (whilst the tea is part of the amenities).

A lovely experience in a great location with gorgeous views.

The view from my room and the bath was absolutely spectacular. I really couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony just taking in the view, especially in the evening when the cosmo clock was lit up and changed colours. The breakfast was nice as well. I liked that they had freshly squeezed orange juice and many varieties of pastries, also with chefs there to make you an omelette with fillings of your choice. The location was fabulous due to the hotel being connected to shopping centres and the metro line. You don’t have to walk very far to reach many different shops and restaurants. To top it all off, they even gave me a small music box shaped like a gift bag to celebrate my birthday. I was really touched by this little detail. I’d love to go back.

Sometimes the door to the room would shake a little and make a noise.

Perfect place for a Yokohama get-away for couples.

Very clean. Nice hotel. Very good location. Excellent view of Yokohama. Very close to colorful Ferris wheel.

Staff was professional, but service was curt, not very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bay Hotel

The balcony was nice The bed was comfortable It is quite a spacious room The location of the hotel is great

The design of the shower stall was not good. The water spilled out easily so we were not able to enjoy the shower.

Lovely stay, 5 stars service

Staff was super kind and helpful. The view from the room and the lounge was great.

it was a pity that we couldn’t use the pool because of maintenance works.
