The staff were very good, we didn't have breakfast as there was not a lot of choice, and not value for money

Location is good. Property is new and clean
Facilities are not upto the mark and do not meet Hyatt standards. Gym was less than basic. No food including in room dining available after 10 pm. Most of the staff, except a couple of them, was not helpful at all. They just believe in charging extra for almost everything, and this is despite being a Hyatt member for more than a decade.
