Great access to Chinatown and close to bus stops and train station to get around the area easily.
The room was non-smoking but smelled pretty bad when I entered. However, they did have the air purifier in the room and that, along with the AC, did a decent job of sorting that out. Also, the breakfast was breakfast vouchers to Doutor, a 3 min walk away that started at 8am-after I had to head out for work. But the vouchers doubled as regular 700yen coupons you could use anytime.

It was good. Reasonable price.
It was good. But I accidentally booked at a different live max hotel and when I went to the wrong hotel the clerk seems like she didn't want to help me.

It would have been better if they had more choices for the breakfast. I wish I was able to choose from a larger variety of items.

Convenient location right on the edge of Chinatown. 1 block away from a 7-11 and a grocery store with preprepared food. Also close to Yamashita park and a don quijote with a good supermarket as well. Room had a microwave.
Soundproofing was not good, particularly through the door. Other guests or cleaning staff in the hallway will wake you up. Minimal floor space, could not slide suitcase underneath the bed, not enough hangers for coats. Room seemed a bit worse for the wear overall, some wall surfaces had splatter stains.
