フロントの方が親切でした。
大きい風呂があってアメニティも良かった。
ベッドの寝心地もグッド。
天候が心配だったので前日までキャンセルできるのも良いです。

ベッドに寝そべったけど
距離感が微妙。
隣りか上からの音が少し気になりました。

関内にはよく行くので、その度に利用させていただいています。
お値段もリーズナブルで、部屋は狭いが、寝るだけなのでとても快適です。特に大浴場があるのが気に行っています。お湯もいつもキレイで満足しています。

大浴場の混雑状況が、自室のモニター画面で確認できたこと。ホテルの立地として歓楽街が近いが、思っている以上に女性の一人客が多かった。セキュリティがしっかりとしており、安心して泊まれた。
朝食のおかずの種類をもう少し増やして欲しい。（前泊地が北海道だったので、そのギャップが大きく感じた。）
