Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities like mineral baths, easy shuttle to the village, great food. And we wore our kimonos at the dinner and breakfast table!

Very modern and stylish. Very clean and comfortable bed. Great shower and bath and comfortable to use. Having 3 chairs is such a plus!
Location is ok, close to China Town and Yamashita Park. Minatomirai line goes to Yokohama and busses go to Sakuragicho.
Didn't use the restaurant or bar or breakfast.

Excellent location for those going to or from cruise ship. It's walking distance to Cruise Port, to China Town, Train stations and Don Quijote. The hotel is besides Mcdonald. Very clean properties expecially the room. Excellent hotel.
