Located in South Forest Beach, this lovely villa for $180 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Condo 280 Oceanview's from the balcony. Check our five star ratings. This condo is close to the beach, pool and a short walk Coligny. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door. Located between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore. The unique restaurants on Hilton Head Island are Chef owned and operated. We will make recommendation of our favorites, also favorite dishes. Days at the Beach There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. This complex has elevators, and is comprised of one bed room ocean view and ocean front units which have some of the Hilton Heads best beach views. For guest enjoyment the complex has two private swimming pools, picnic and grill area, also oceanfront sun deck. 25 Miles to Savannah, Ga,(Sav) Airport (HHH) 3mile Hilton Head Island has their own airport 3 miles from my condo. Call letter for Hilton Head Island Airport is(HHH). Also Savannah , GA a 40 minute drive has an airport. The call letter are (SAV) , Three hour drive is Jacksonville , FA has an airport . Gated Parking with covered under Building Parking Under the building and surround building parking. Free with parking pass . This area is gated and you will need a device to enter. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. Such a cute place. Loved the location. Easy to find parking and quick walk to beautiful beach. Close to nearby shops and coffee. We didn’t use the kitchen at all or the pool but looked nice. Only thing I would have liked different is a tad later checkout. 11 instead of 10 would have helped us even.

This condo was simply adorable. Charlene (host) was always available if I had questions. The location is perfect, right there on the beach. Great spot near restaurants and fun activities. I will definitely be booking this condo again. I think the host of a place makes your stay amazing and Charlene is a super host for sure. The condo was clean and just the perfect space for a couple.

We had a wonderful stay in HH. This condo is small but has everything a couple needs. Looks as though the bathroom has been remodeled recently with a nice walk in shower. Right on the beach and close to Coligny Plaza. I will definitely stay again!

We were very pleased with the property! We had a view of the ocean from our balcony, the property was clean and updated. It was very well stocked with the basics. Close to laundry room and stairs. And the owner was very attentive and easy to talk with. No complaints!!

Flexible dates. We were able to rent Sat-Mon stay (2nights).Host made check in and check out easy. Great view of ocean and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bike paths and new celebration park. Charming condo with a short walk to beach. The beach is visible from the balcony, which was pleasant. The kitchen was ready for cooking, if you chose to. But there were too many places to eat out. All within walking distance.

Everything was as described. The location was great. We were able to walk to restaurants. We were attending a wedding at Sea Pines so the location just outside the south gate was a plus. The only problem we encountered was the shower did not drain properly, but it wasn’t a big enough deal to even call anyone about. Overall, excellent stay.

Our stay was one of the best so far. The functionality and usage of the space in this condo was perfect. Charlene‘s instructions were very easy to understand coming and going. Very short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay in this condo again.

I enjoyed the comfort and proximity to the beach and Coligny of this property. Under building parking was a nice perk too. Only recommendation would be to install a keypad instead of a deadbolt. Would gladly stay again.

Our unit was extremely hard to enter. The keys kept sticking. Used a can of W-D40. The bed and linens were great, the bathroom very nice and the kitchen clean. However the deck and inside floors I cleaned again. Sofa was very comfortable however, no comfortable chair and no reading lamp. Only overhead lights. Details on the listing says ice-maker but only ice trays.

Great location exactly as described. Charlene accessible and sent directions before the stay. Had to reach out about the codes but Charlene was very responsive. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella. Beach is fabulous, long walks and lots of room when tide was out, turtle watching at night, amazing sunrise too. Go left or right for quieter spots if you want that. Busy part of Hilton Head over Father’s Day weekend. Beach was overwhelming with high tide in places. very hot but the ocean breeze was a dream and a/c in condo was great. Lovely bathroom, plenty of towels, toiletries were nice since I travelled with carry on bag only so limited liquids allowed, strong water pressure shower with removable handheld was great. Outside shower great for removing sand. All kitchen appliances great. There are ice trays in the freezer in case you were wondering. Bed was comfortable, we both slept great, extra pillows and bedding. Extra fan in the bedroom for air circulation was great. Didn’t need the sleep sofa. We didn’t need dining space, we sat on porch if needed. Yes the porch is on the side, overlooking parking lot, but does have an ocean view (reacting to other review), but that how it was described. Busy complex, but not loud. All in all a great stay and we love Hilton Head and plan to go back.

We enjoyed our stay in Sea Side Villas condo 280. The location is great and we walked to Coligny plaza to shop, eat, and purchase ice cream at the Frozen Moo! The pictures online are current and Charlene did an excellent job communicating the check in and out proceedure.

The location of this property worked great for us. The bed was very comfortable. Nice view from the porch. The kitchen has everything you need. I forgot to bring a hair dryer and that was the only thing that was missing. Overall, would stay again. Great value for the price.
