Recently renovated so you can relax and enjoy your trip to Madrid in good comfort. Great location in Tirso de Molina Square between La Latina and Lavapies neighborhoods. Just an easy walk away from Puerta del Sol , Gran Via and other famous Madrid most known sightseeing spots. Front of property is metro station line 1. Private apartment is located in Tirso de Molina Square. It has been recently renovated and refurbished. The decoration is clean, modern, fresh and relaxing. The open kitchen is fully equipped with laundry, dishwasher, refrigerator, glass top range , oven, microwave. The living room and dining area is one comfortable and luminous space, with enough seating space perfect for families. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with shower with glass door. Main room has double, and second room has 2 single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed. Internet wifi and cable with large flat tv. The windows are new with metal shutters to help keep noise and light out. The property building has an elevator but not usually need since the flat is on the very first floor. Kitchen appliances are new and modern, digital glass stove top, dishwasher, and a cloth washer. To help well care of appliances we leave an easy to follow instructions. Very important to respect the checkin and checkout times, these times are flexible ONLY upon availability and previously requested.

The unit was very clean, only one story up so we did not need to deal with the elevator. The location was fantastic. The subway was right across the street and on a line that went to most of the main sights. We were able to walk to the palace , cathedral, and the Prado. There are 2 grocery stores on the same block. We had a clogged sink and they fixed it right away. Super easy to check in. I only have 2 small complaints. The street outside was loud at night, I needed to sleep in ear plugs. The couch is very uncomfortable.

Hans was wonderful to work with! The Tirso de Molina metro station is literally outside the front door. We could also walk everywhere as most all of the major sites were within a mile. The apartment was so clean and we had enough supplies to get us going until we could get to a market. A wonderful place and we hope to visit again!!

We absolutely loved the apartment and our host Valentina was very helpful, accessible and sweet . Location was great only problem we had was the outside noise level . The good and the bad . Every effort has been made to sound proof as much as push me but at times it was still very hard to sleep .overall we had a great trip . Thank you

Excellent location, and a very clean and nice apartment. The property manager waited for us and provided a nice welcome and explained every single detail of the property. Do not hesitate to rent this property in Madrid.

Great 2 bedroom located in prime neighborhood within walking distance to Parado, Retiro, plaza Mayor. Perfect for 3-4 people. Located in busy square (Tirso La Molina) with tons of cafes, bars and restaurants all around.

Nice flat, new and comfortable. Five minutes walking from Plaza Mayor or Puerta del Sol. In front of the Underground station, nearby supermarkets, cafè and restaurants. Perfect location to easily enjoy Madrid. I will suggest the place to my parents for their next holidays in Madrid.

Hans was very easy and accommodating with our luggage when we arrived early. Location walking distance to the city center. Street noise could be a problem especially during week end. Apartment is clean and well equipped.

Definitivamente el habernos hospedado en este apartamento fue clave para que pudiéramos disfrutar de unas increíbles vacaciones. Las atenciones que tuvieron con nosotros a nuestra llegada fue como sentirse en casa. El apartamento muy bonito, acogedor y bien equipado, súper limpio y una excelente ubicación que nos permitió llegar a las principales atracciones caminando. Además muy conveniente el metro enfrente y el supermercado a unos pasos. Definitivamente regresaremos ✨✨✨ Hans y Valentina, mil gracias por todas sus atenciones durante toda la estancia!!!

First of all the location is excellent, in the middle of shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and convenient.. Owners are easy to deal with and very welcoming. While busy location has a little noise, the sound is happy. One of our best stays in Madrid!

Great, but VERY Noisy!

The property had everything we needed. BUT the noise at night was problematic. We didn’t sleep 3 of the 5 nights we stayed. It’s a shame, because the location is perfect…..across the street from the metro

Les photos sur le site correspondent parfaitement au logement : dimensions idéales avec deux enfants. Position centrale (Tirso de Molina). Le quartier est très animé : on est au rythme espagnol jour et nuit. Le métro est en face de l'immeuble.

We really liked this apartment. It was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It has everything you need for your stay. It’s located in the heart of downtown Madrid, steps away from several markets and restaurants. It’s walking distance from all the popular attractions. Since it’s in the downtown, busy area, it can get loud and noisy at night. But we discovered that’s the norm and just part of being in downtown Madrid.

A clean and adequate apartment. I only gave location 4 stars as the square had quite a few homeless people drinking although they didn’t bother you when walking near them. Right near the metro and walking distance to all the sights. The cafe next door was perfect for breakfast (I don’t do cooking on holiday) Will certainly use one of Hans’s properties again
